Über Schweinespeck in allen Variationen bis hin zu Würsten, auch Wildsalami z.B., Käse bis hin zu Rind....alles zu empfehlen!
Sehr freundliche Thekenkraft, die einem verständlich und mit viel Fachwissen weiterhilft - bis hin zu Zubereitungs- und Verzehrempfehlungen.
Wer in Neumarkt und Umgebung ist, sollte zuschlagen, statt im örtlichen Supermarkt neben der Autobahn zu kaufen!!
Great products at "factory prices".
Over pork bacon in all variations up to sausages, also wild salami for example, cheese up to beef .... all to be recommended!
Very friendly bar service, which helps you understand and with a lot of expertise - up to preparation and consumption recommendations.
Who is in Neumarkt and surroundings should strike, instead of buying in the local supermarket next to the highway !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Etwas versteckt im Industriegebiet von Neumarkt liegt der "Werksverkauf" von Mendelspeck als einem der 30 Produzenten des Südtiroler Speck g.g.A.
Im kleinen Laden gibt es neben dem normalen 6 oder 9 Monate gereiften Speck auch eine Premiumvariante, die übrigens sehr zu empfehlen ist. Preislich absolut moderat geht es bei rund 10 Euro pro Kilo los. Tatsächlich ein lächerlicher Preis, denn beim deutschen Feinkosthändler kostet sowas gerne das doppelte. Dazu gibt es auch noch andere, regional typische Wurstwaren wie Kaminwirzen, Salami etc.
Eine Show sind auch die Verkäuferinnen im kleinen Laden. Nennen wir es einmal "spröde Herzlichkeit" und das ist absolut positiv gemeint. Ich freue mich immer auf einen Besuch inkl. kurzem Gedankenaustausch mit dem Personal.
Somewhat hidden in the industrial area of Neumarkt is the "factory outlet" of Mendelspeck as one of the 30 producers of South Tyrolean Speck PGI.
In addition to the normal 6 or 9 month matured bacon, the small shop also has a premium version, which is also highly recommended. The price is absolutely moderate at around 10 euros per kilo. Indeed a ridiculous price, because the German delicatessen likes to cost twice that. There are also other typical regional sausages such as chimney pots, salami etc.
The salespeople in the small shop are also a show. Let us call it "brittle cordiality" and that is absolutely positive. I am always looking forward to a visit including a short exchange of ideas with the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Produzione di ottimi salumi, per tutti i gusti. In particolare, ottimo lo speck, offerto in diverse pezzature e stagionature. Da provare assolutamente i salumi tipici locali quali kaminwurz, salamini alla selvaggina, prosciuttini e molto altro. Nello spaccio aziendale, contiguo allo stabilimento di produzione, si confezionano anche golosissime confezioni regalo.
Production of excellent cold cuts, for all tastes. In particular, the speck is excellent, offered in different sizes and seasonings. Absolutely try the typical local salamis such as kaminwurz, game salamis, ham and much more. In the company store, adjoining the production plant, even very tasty gift packs are made.
