★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da poco a Salorno mi ha attirato la cura estetica della macelleria, anche se in realtà in Alto Adige le ho sempre trovate diciamo rinnovate.
Ho preso uno speck eccezionale che quando lo ho assaggiato non ho neanche chiesto il prezzo...morbido che sembrava di mangiare un crudo, misto a speck e lardo.
Il cotto naturale l'ho trovato buono e lo speck più asciutto buonissimo anche quello.

I took an exceptional speck that when I tasted it I didn't even ask the price ... soft that seemed to eat raw, mixed with speck and lard.

Se siete a Salorno o passate nei dintorni, è una tappa obbligatoria, che non vi lascerà scontenti.Ultimamente ho acquistato un cesto regalo. (un'idea originale rendere felici i vostri parenti,amici o colleghi) peccato che la foto non fa giustizia.

Un paradiso per gli amanti della carne e dei salumi, gestori gentilissimi e generosi (ci hanno fatto assaggiare di tutto!), prezzi giusti per il livello di qualità offerta, uno splendore per gli occhi e per il palato, si vede che c'è artigianalità e passione. Consigliatissimo... Però vi avviso: entrate con l'idea di prendere un paio di cosette e uscite con una bustona piena di prelibatezze!
