★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Fotos sind stark geschmeichelt ,aber der Ausblick macht vieles wieder gut. Bei dem Versuch mit einem Lotusgrill auf dem Balkon zu grillen bekamen wir von der Zimmerverwaltung einen stürmischen Besuch die den Grill fotografierten und wieder genauso schnell verschwanden.
Der Strandbereich ist ungepflegt aber auch hier ist es ein wenig Luxus einen eigenen Zugang zum See zu haben. Etwas störend sind die Dauer Mieter über und neben dem Balkon dafür liegt es sehr Zentral ,das auch sämtliche Auto und Motorrad Geräusche beinhaltet.
 The photos are very flattered, but the view makes up for a lot. When we tried to grill with a lotus grill on the balcony, we got a stormy visit from the room management who photographed the grill and disappeared again just as quickly.
The beach area is neglected but it is a bit of a luxury to have your own access to the lake. The long term tenants are a bit annoying and next to the balcony it is very central, which also includes all car and motorcycle noises.

Negativ: Der Strand, lassen Sie sich nicht von den Bildern täuschen, der Strand ist eine wahre Müllhalde und war voll mit angespültem Strandgut, Glasscherben, Plastik, etc. Hier wurde seit Monaten nichts mehr bereinigt. Der Strand ist so kaum benutzbar.
Der Zustand der Wohnung ist schlecht, fast alle Schränke sind defekt, zwei Stühle sind während der Benutzung zusammengebrochen, ein Glück das niemand verletzt wurde; in der Dusche war der Abfluss und der Duschkopf defekt, im Bett fand ich ein Unterhose des Vormieters, …
Der Vermieter ignorierte alles, nichts wurde behoben, keine Einsicht. - Finger weg

Cons: The beach, don't be fooled by the pictures, the beach is a real garbage dump and was full of washed up flotsam, broken glass, plastic, etc. Nothing has been cleaned up for months. The beach is hardly usable.
The condition of the apartment is bad, almost all cupboards are defective, two chairs collapsed during use, luckily no one was injured; In the shower the drain and the shower head were defective, in bed I found the previous tenant's underpants ...
The landlord ignored everything, nothing was fixed, no insight. - Hands off

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Place is Paradise!!! It is very centrally Located. There is also a direct access to the lake where you can swim and do sunbathing. Me and my family literally goes to the lake everyday of our stay!!! The apartment itself is well-equipped. They have new furnitures... All in all the place is Very Well Recommended!!! and we will definitely come back next Summer!!!
