Posizionato in centro storico, vicino all'autosilo Auguadri, a 5 minuti dal lago, 10 da Villa Olmo, consigliato sia alle coppie che alle famiglie. Dietro l'angolo piccolo ma ben fornito supermercato Carrefour Express.
Business open for several years with two fully furnished apartments. One bigger and one smaller with the same comforts. Located in the historic center, near the Auguadri car park, 5 minutes from the lake, 10 from Villa Olmo, recommended for both couples and families. Around the corner there is a small but well-stocked Carrefour Express supermarket.
