Per forza, le commesse sono indisponenti, altezzose, antipatiche e rigide!
Negozio tipico torinese da radical chic, non ha nulla di più di tanti altre attività che offrono gli stessi prodotti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale molto scortese e acido.I clienti sono un pò lasciati a sé stessi .I prezzi sono aumentati e mi sembrano un pò esagerati per le tisane soprattutto. Non credo di tornarci. .Non hanno gentilezza con i clienti.
Staff very rude and sour. Customers are a bit left to themselves. Prices have increased and they seem a bit exaggerated for herbal teas especially. I don't think I'll go back. They have no kindness to customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confermo i tanti commenti negativi lasciati da molte ragazze! Sono stata cliente per tantissimo tempo, dall'apertura e onestamente all'inizio trovavo la competenza e la gentilezza di Valeria la titolare un motivo per tornarci sempre. Ma negli ultimi due anni più episodi sgradevoli! In negozio non più trovato Valeria ma sempre commesse altezzose, indisponibili ed infastidite, pronte a rifilarti qualsiasi cosa pur di vendere (anche una tinta di un colore palesemente sbagliato perché non hanno in casa quella corretta) e risponderti "boh non ne ho la più pallida idea" a domande (profumazione, composizione,utilizzo) su qualsiasi prodotto. In ultimo hanno anche deriso la mia bimba di nove mesi nel passeggino pensando di non essere sentite a negozio completamente vuoto.
Mi spiace tantissimo ero molto affezionata a quel bellissimo posto, d'ora in poi comprerò solo on line da altri negozi.
Spero che queste recensioni aiutino Melissa a ritornare allo splendore di un tempo!
I confirm the many negative comments left by many girls! I have been a customer for a long time, from the opening and honestly at the beginning I found the competence and kindness of Valeria the owner a reason to always come back. But in the last couple of years more unpleasant episodes! In the shop no longer found Valeria but always haughty, unavailable and annoyed orders, ready to give you anything to sell (even a dye of a clearly wrong color because they don't have the correct one at home) and answer you "boh I don't have the palest one idea "to questions (fragrance, composition, use) about any product. Finally, they also laughed at my nine-month-old baby in the stroller thinking they were not heard when the shop was completely empty.
I'm very sorry I was very fond of that beautiful place, from now on I will only buy online from other stores.

Prima Melissa era un posto magico, un piccolo angolo di paradiso fatto di profumi, colori, tantissimi preziosi consigli dati con dolcezza e pazienza da Valeria.
Ora le nuove commesse trattano tutti con freddezza e sufficienza, alle domande che ho posto sui colori delle matite della Neve o la profumazione di alcune creme però non hanno saputo rispondere.
La cosa che mi ha veramente delusa è stato inoltre un commento sciocco di una delle commesse su mia nipote, neonata nel passeggino, perché durante una giornata fredda e ventosa aveva una tutina giacca da neve: "sembra una stella marina" e rideva con la collega.
Mi chiedo dove sono finite le "coccole", l'attenzione al cliente e la professionalità che aveva Valeria anni fa...

Before Melissa was a magical place, a small corner of paradise made of scents, colors, lots of precious advice given with sweetness and patience by Valeria.
Now the new orders treat everyone with coldness and sufficiency, but they have not been able to answer the questions I asked about the colors of the Snow pencils or the fragrance of some creams.
The thing that really disappointed me was also a silly comment from one of the shop assistants about my niece, a newborn in the stroller, because during a cold and windy day she was wearing a snow jacket: "looks like a starfish" and laughed with her colleague .
I wonder where the "cuddles", the attention to the customer and the professionalism that Valeria had years ago have gone ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata in questo negozio qualche giorno fa per la seconda volta. Ho aspettato a recensire perché volevo avere il parere di una seconda persona che ha acquistato dopo di me. Tutte e due concordiamo sul fatto che le responsabili non ci vedranno mai più.
Il negozio è sicuramente ben organizzato come esposizione dei prodotti ma:
-le commesse sono estremamente antipatiche, fredde, altezzose. Alla richiesta della presenza di alcuni prodotti o marche la risposta è sempre stata sempre "mmmh... No", mai affiancata da valide alternative.
-non c'è un minimo di consulenza. Ti vengono letti gli ingredienti dei prodotti e le frasi descrittive della confezione, cosa che una persona alfabetizzata può fare da sola, senza chiederti cosa stai cercando e per quale esigenza, e senza comparare prezzi/utilità/esperienze, come dovrebbe un venditore saper fare.
-i prodotti non sono minimamente scontati, a differenza di qualsiasi altro negozio bio.
-non viene fornito nessun campioncino neanche di fronte a spese superiori alle 50€. Anche qui mai visto in nessun posto di questo stampo. Anche online vengono forniti campioncini con acquisti inferiori.
Frequentiamo negozi di questo tipo da anni e di solito è un piacere passarci del tempo, avere consigli, e sentirsi coccolate.
Da questo negozio non vedi l'ora di pagartene per uscire. Avrei dovuto comprare il doppio delle cose ma mi sono sentita così trattata male da dimenticarle completamente.

I went to this shop a few days ago for the second time. I waited to review because I wanted to get the opinion of a second person who bought after me. We both agree that those responsible will never see us again.
The shop is certainly well organized as an exhibition of the products but:
-the salespersons are extremely unpleasant, cold, haughty. When asked for the presence of some products or brands, the answer has always been "mmmh ... No", never accompanied by valid alternatives.
- there is not a minimum of advice. The ingredients of the products and the descriptive phrases of the package are read to you, which a literate person can do alone, without asking you what you are looking for and for what need, and without comparing prices / usefulness / experiences, as a seller should know how to do.
-The products are not discounted at all, unlike any other organic shop.
-No samples are provided even in the face of costs exceeding € 50. Here, too, never seen anywhere in this mold. Samples with lower purchases are also provided online.
We have frequented such shops for years and it is usually a pleasure to spend time there, get advice, and feel pampered.
You can't wait to pay for it from this shop. I should have bought twice as many things but I felt so badly treated that I completely forgot them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho conosciuto Melissa e Valeria ormai 11 anni fa, varcando la soglia dell’ erboristeria con salotto su suggerimento di un’altra commerciante che me le aveva descritte come un incanto.
In effetti da allora ci sono tornata così tante volte che sarebbe più corretto dire “ci sono rimasta”!
Inizialmente Valeria era affiancata dalla mamma Maria Rosa, erborista da decenni, e persona estremamente affascinante per la sua cultura e saggezza estese oltre il mondo delle erbe.
Da alcuni anni ci sono le Melisse!
Lia, Laura e Giulia.
Tre presenze delicate, raggianti e sensibili che brillano accanto a Valeria.
La ricerca dei prodotti è accurata quanto lo è la loro descrizione ed esposizione.
Le foto che pubblicano, i testi che le accompagnano sono perfettamente coerenti con il luogo fisico Melissa e la personalità di Valeria.
Per me Melissa è una wunderkammer: una camera delle meraviglie!
I met Melissa and Valeria 11 years ago, crossing the threshold of the herbalist's shop with a lounge at the suggestion of another merchant who had described them to me as a charm.
