I happen to visit the shop several times, unfortunately in this shop the orders are definitely too much of a drag on the neck, as soon as you enter me and anyone who happens to be close to me (friends, family) we feel as if they were afraid that we would steal. misplaced jokes, arrogance.

S	Sara Scardinale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vergognosi: mi sono recata oggi per il black Friday intenzionata a comprare un illuminante, chiedo alla commessa se ne ha un tipo senza dirle il nome corretto e mi dice "No" , ritorno per dirle il nome corretto e per due volte che le parlo mi ignora e fa finta di parlare con altre persone. Se al posto di ignorare i clienti li aiutate o li indirizzate verso altri prodotti magari vendete anche qualcosa .. IL LAVORO DA COMMESSA NON FA PER TUTTI NON SIETE OBBLIGATE!!! Poi non vi lamentate se la gente ormai compra tutto online ;) Shame on me: I went today for Black Friday intending to buy a highlighter, I ask the saleswoman if she has a type without telling her the correct name and she says "No", I come back to tell her the correct name and twice that I speak to her ignores and pretends to talk to other people. If instead of ignoring customers you help them or direct them to other products, maybe you even sell something .. THE WORK AS A ORDER IS NOT FOR EVERYONE, YOU ARE NOT OBLIGED !!! Then don't complain if people buy everything online now;)

Entro nel negozio con la mia ragazza alla ricerca di un nuovo profumo da acquistare, tempo 4 minuti (e forse anche meno) dentro, sentiamo alle spalle "dovete uscire per far entrare gli altri in coda" con tono arrogante e scocciato. Negozio da evitare, non penso siano una casualità le mie esperienze passate con questo negozio e i commenti. A quanto pare è proprio il loro modo di comunicare con i clienti. Di conseguenza nemmeno per sbaglio entreró mai più lì dentro, comprendo lo stress visto le norme per i negozi, ma non comprendo la mancanza di educazione nei confronti di chi dovrebbe comprare da te. Episode a few days ago. I enter the shop with my girlfriend in search of a new perfume to buy, time 4 minutes (and maybe even less) inside, we hear from behind "you have to go out to let the others in the queue" with an arrogant and annoyed tone. Shop to avoid, I don't think my past experiences with this shop and comments are a coincidence. Apparently that's their way of communicating with customers. Consequently I will never go in there by mistake again, I understand the stress given the rules for the shops, but I do not understand the lack of education towards those who should buy from you.

Quando entro un negozio mascherina e disinfettanti alle mani, stavo toccando una crema a questa commessa stava parlando con due clienti e da lontano 8metri mi ha urlato "ti sei disinfettata le mani!!!!" Possono anche essere regole pero LE MANIEEEREEE LE MANIEREE. È la seconda volta che entro in questo negozio e la seconda volta che questa si mette a urlare in negozio. Mi ha tolto la voglia di comprare. The salesgirls in this shop totally lack manners, especially a saleswoman with black hair in bangs. When I enter a shop with a mask and hand sanitizers, I was touching a cream to this saleswoman she was talking to two customers and from a distance 8 meters she yelled at me "you disinfected your hands !!!!" They can also be rules but LE MANIEEEREEE LE MANIEREE. This is the second time I enter this shop and the second time that this shop starts screaming. It took away the urge to buy.
C	Catalina-Raluca Baciu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This just puts you off from ever shopping at Douglas and just going to Sephora instead. The service in this place is HORRIBLE each and every time. Not friendly, they do not want to help, they do not know their products, just horrible. Worst store!

After few seconds of very awkward and very forced ,,conversation" (they pretend to speak English but they really don't, horrible) I left, or more run away, from that place. Didn't even make it through to the perfumes.
