Montato il supporto al muro correttamente e in bolla, appena attacco la TV (perfettamente centrata) il supporto pende vistosamente a sinistra e sembra non reggere il peso, nonostante sia più basso della portata massima. Visto il prezzo, è pessimo. I bought a slimstyle plus 400 sr tv stand, the screws provided were too long (not usable on my TV). Once the support is correctly and levelly mounted on the wall, as soon as I attach the TV (perfectly centered) the support hangs conspicuously to the left and does not seem to support the weight, despite being lower than the maximum capacity. Given the price, it's bad.

Ho contattato il servizio clienti che è stato molto celere e disponibile nel prendere in carico la mia problematica. Sono stata seguita da un ragazzo molto gentile e paziente nel dare tutte le informazioni del caso. In poco tempo questione risolta e l'azienda mi ha inviato un supporto nuovo. Ottimo servizio clienti con personale preparato e gentile, ottima azienda seria e attenta ai clienti. Davvero complimenti! I bought a TV stand, unfortunately during the assembly phase I had some problems and the glass base broke. I contacted customer service who was very quick and helpful in taking care of my problem. I was followed by a very kind and patient boy in giving all the necessary information. In a short time the issue was resolved and the company sent me a new support. Excellent customer service with trained and kind staff, excellent company, serious and attentive to customers. Really well done!

Ho contattato il servizio clienti e ci hanno rispedito una nuova maniglia fornita anche di viti. Top!
