Recentemente ho scritto al Servizio assistenza clienti di Cebora per informazioni su un loro articolo risalente agli anni Ottanta e ormai fuori produzione.
In breve tempo e con estrema cordialità, gentilezza e completezza, mi veniva fornito più di quanto avessi mai sperato, tra manuale, una assonometria esplosa con catalogo parti, compresa la eventuale disponibilità di pezzi di ricambio e la rinnovata affermazione di restare a mia disposizione e di non esitare a contattarli.
L'articolo di cui sopra era la saldatrice di mio padre di cui ho ultimato il restauro, che funziona ancora perfettamente dopo Quarant'anni e che ho ripreso ad utilizzare.
Mi hanno reso oltremodo felice.
Credo che una Assistenza post-vendita di questo livello sia assolutamente oltre ogni aspettativa: eccezionale.

I recently wrote to Cebora Customer Service for information on an article of theirs dating back to the 1980s and now out of production.
In a short time and with extreme cordiality, kindness and completeness, I was provided with more than I had ever hoped for, including manual, an exploded axonometry with parts catalog, including the possible availability of spare parts and the renewed affirmation of remaining at my disposal and do not hesitate to contact them.
The article above was my father's welding machine which I have completed the restoration, which still works perfectly after forty years and which I have resumed using.
They made me extremely happy.
I believe that after-sales service of this level is absolutely beyond all expectations: exceptional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima volta che vengo in questa azienda a scaricare, avevo parecchia merce destinata al reparto Ruote..appena arrivato ho notato parecchi camion prima di me, ero già pronto a passare ore ad attendere prima che fosse il mio turno...
Incredibilmente dopo 10 minuti tutti i miei colleghi sono stati scaricati...
In quasi tutte le aziende prima di essere scaricato devo aspettare un eternità !!!
Quando è arrivato il mio turno il ragazzo sul muletto è stato molto gentile e cordiale, e mi ha spiegato in maniera dettagliata come avremmo dovuto procedere per scaricare la merce, in quanto il mio carico erano particolarmente complesso da scaricare...
Nel giro di pochissimo tempo sono stato scaricato...estrema precisione e velocità del carrellista che mai una volta mi ha toccato il camion con il muletto...
In conclusione devo dire che mi sono trovato particolarmente bene, magari tutte le aziende fossero così... bravi ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima azzienda .personale MOLTO disorganizzato. Mi hanno fatto spostare il mio autotreno ben 3 volte in spazi molto stretti .La signora del magazzino N1 molto scortese e mal educata . Dopo essermi spostato dal magazzino centrale verso il magazzino dove c'e l'insegna grande CEBORA ,questa signora mi dice di ritornare in magazzino centrale, ho chiesto spiegazioni ,risposta ,ho dei controlli in magazzino lunedì e il materiale mi da fastidio qui e se ne è andata fregandosene del problema della difficoltà di manovra x mezzi pesanti di grandi dimensioni. NB ( distanza magazzino centrale magazzino sotto insegna CEBORA , circa 30 mt ) con queste manovre tra i due magazzini facendo slanon tra uscite strette tra un magazzino e l'altro, muretti e macchine parcheggiate ho danneggiato un pneumatico del mio mezzo . Non glie né inportato nulla ai responsabili.

After moving from the central warehouse to the warehouse where there is the large CEBORA sign, this lady tells me to go back to the central warehouse, I asked for an explanation, an answer, I have checks in the warehouse on Monday and the material bothers me here and if it did not care about the problem of the difficulty of maneuvering x large heavy vehicles. NB (distance from the central warehouse under the CEBORA sign, about 30 meters) with these maneuvers between the two warehouses, making slanon between narrow exits between one warehouse and another, walls and parked cars, I damaged a tire of my vehicle. He didn't care about anything to those responsible.
