★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sehr negativ Erfahrung. Verdsendet schlecht verpackte Ware, die bei uns defekt angekommen ist. Wir mußten auf eigene Kosten die Ware zurück senden. Es wurde uns versprochen, dass wir das Geld zurück bekommen.
Es ist jetzt ein Jahr vorbei und wir haben immer noch kein Geld erhalten.
Nie wieder kaufen wir etwas bei dieser schlechten Firma.
240 Euro plus Rücksendekosten weggeschmissen
Wir haben jetzt Ersatz von einer anderen Firma bestellt und sofort sehr gute Ware erhalten. Ohne Ärger!!!
Wir hatten Ihnen die Bankdaten zugesendet. Ausserdem haben Sie uns erst nach 1 Monat und mehreren Anfragen mitgeteilt, dass der Sitz zerbrochen angekommen ist. Bei der Zustellung wissen Sie auch, dass man es sofort reklamieren muß! Nach einem Monat kann ich der Transportfirma keinen Fehler nachweisen! Einen schönen Abend noch...
 very negative experience. Sends poorly packaged goods that we received defective. We had to send the goods back at our own expense. We were promised that we would get the money back.
It's now been a year and we still haven't received any money.
We'll never buy anything from this bad company again.

Good material, but really poor service and rude salespeople. It seems that only they work and treat the customer as inept and incompetent. I recommend any other shop. Never seen such rudeness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno, quanto diversi siete da quando eravate in Borgo. Era bello venire anche solo per un'occhiata! Ma dove sono i titolari adesso? Non vedono e non sentono l'antipatia e la freddezza delle collaboratrici che "accolgono"? Quasi impossibile prendere un appuntamento perchè si sostiene che la sala mostra ha numero di persone presenti sempre al massimo consentito per misure covid. In realtà nel caso di specie alla fine c'era solo una presenza! Una fretta che sembrava mi facesse vedere album di figurine! Pazienza, risolto da un'altra parte! Peccato perchè la scelta è vastissima e proprio per questo ci vuole un attimo di calma!

Almost impossible to make an appointment because it is claimed that the showroom always has the maximum number of people present for covid measurements. In reality in the present case there was only one presence at the end! A rush that seemed to show me sticker albums! Patience, solved somewhere else! Too bad because the choice is huge and for this reason it takes a moment of calm!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi spiace lasciare una recensione pessima perché dal punto di vista dei prodotti l'impressione era stata positiva. Purtroppo dopo aver visitato lo showroom e richiesto a più riprese i preventivi l'unica cosa che ci è arrivata è stato il costo al metro quadro della ceramica, una volta sollecitati al telefono ci è stato detto che tra venditori non si lasciano i messaggi e di richiamare fino a quando non avremmo trovato il nostro referente. Ovviamente ci siamo rivolti ad altri che vendono lo stesso tipo di prodotti e hanno un servizio vendite migliore.
I am sorry to leave a bad review because from a product point of view the impression was positive. Unfortunately, after visiting the showroom and requesting estimates several times, the only thing that came to us was the cost per square meter of the ceramic, once we were asked over the phone we were told that no messages are left between sellers and call back until we have found our contact person. Obviously we turned to others who sell the same type of products and have better sales service.
