La fase pre è stata caratterizzata da grande disponibilità, gentilezza e positività. Durante l'installazione la sfortuna ci ha colpito (foratura di un tubo del riscaldamento a pavimento)e, da quel momento, abbiamo assistito, con dispiacere, ad un atteggiamento completamente opposto a quello che avevamo conosciuto in precedenza. Brevemente, noi ci siamo dovuti far carico completamente dei disagi e delle spese della riparazione (idraulico, imbianchino, muratore)e, per unilaterale decisione delle creatrici , è avvenuta la resa della caparra e la libreria non è stata più installata. Cosa dire? Il prodotto resta unico nel suo genere, per il resto un consiglio che ci sentiamo di dare è quello chiedere di visionare fin da subito la loro "liberatoria" (in tanti mesi...mai neanche accennata!)per poter riflettere sui contenuti con i giusti tempi ed evitare di scoprire, come è capitato a noi, della sua esistenza il giorno stesso dell'installazione, mentre iniziano i lavori. To be able to reflect on the contents with the the right times and avoid discovering, as it happened to us, of its existence on the day of installation, while the works begin.
