Mi è stato negato l'acquisto di un rotolino di teflon trincerandosi dietro a inesistenti decreti ministeriali o risolvendo il problema chiamando un idraulico, come se fossero tutti lì ad aspettare me. NO NON CI SIAMO CARI SIGNORI, SE NON AVETE VOGLIA DI LAVORARE E GUADAGNARE.......CHIUDETE! STATE A CASA!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata a IDROCENTRO di Rubiera e il mio incontro col personale è stato di assoluta cortesia e gentilezza. Mi è stato fornito quanto da me richiesto (una cosa da poco), dopo il dovuto tempo di attesa, perchè al momento non disponibile.
Mi sono state date tante informazioni che io, come donna, non ne ero al corrente. Consapevolmente devo dire che ho "rubato" molto tempo a chi si è dedicato a me. facendo molte ricerche sul prodotto.
Inoltre, anche se si avvicinava l'orario di chiusura, ho avuto l'opportunità
di far visita alla Vs. showroom: cosa interessante e piacevole.
Non mancherò di far conoscere il Vs. Centro ad amiche e amici e...perchè non parlarne con idraulici ed elettricisti? ( io sono di Modena-zona est)
Grazie per la Vostra disponibilità e l'attenzione da parte del signor Caraffi, mi sono trovata molto bene e saluto con cordialità

I went to IDROCENTRO di Rubiera and my meeting with the staff was of absolute courtesy and kindness. I was provided with what I requested (a small thing), after the due waiting time, because at the moment not available.

Also, even as closing time was approaching, I had the opportunity
to visit your showroom: an interesting and pleasant thing.
I will not fail to introduce your Center to friends and ... why not talk about it with plumbers and electricians? (I'm from Modena-east area)
