a	anto 410 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho acquistato il box doccia con antine scorrevoli angolari 3anni fa purtroppo da subito fuori usciva l’acqua dalle guide e guarnizioni avendola pagata € 800,00 pensavo che fosse il top e che il vetro fosse trattato in modo che l’acqua scorreva via dal vetro senza che si formasse il calcare. dico solo che mia figlia ha acquistato un box doccia da una catena famosa pagandola la metà non esce fuori neanche una goccia e il vetro è trattato anti calcare . Dopo 14 mesi dall'acquisto (Megius Morelive) mentre sto aprendo la porta scorrevole per uscire,cede il supporto che scorre sulla corsia e il vetro va in frantumi con me dentro(ho ancora le cicatrici). Dalle foto (compreso il supporto)il rivenditore comprende la situazione,capisce la mia onestà e si interfaccia anch'esso con megius ricevendo risposta negativa sulla sostituzione in garanzia/sopralluogo del centro assistenza. Nel risp a mail e telefonicamente dopo richiesta di confronto telefonico ho trovato molta supponenza, tanto per un vetro uno mica sostituisce tutto il box quindi deve arrangiarsi!! La garanzia,praticamente sui vetri non esiste "perché sottoposti al trattamento di temperatura di 600°-650° di calore", "pertanto la rottura è avvenuta in modo corretto" (ho ancora le mail). Nel mio caso neanche sui supporti/giunti poichè difficile da dimostrare. Il fatto mi ha rammaricato molto perché consapevole della mia buonafede. December '20. Nonostante il profilo quasi “inesistente “ ha un ottima tenuta d’acqua anche quando ad utilizzarlo sono i piccoli di casa insomma lo consiglio proprio ottimo prodotto ,ottima rapporto qualità prezzo nonostante sia un Made in Italy .??? Non dategli fiducia, un ditta seria avrebbe riconosciuto il problema ed agito di conseguenza. Shower stall broken 2 times in the same spot in just two years.
