Come giustificazione al ritardo mi dissero che il problema era piu complesso del previsto, inoltre il prezzo prestabilito è stato aumentato senza nessun preavviso ma soltato al momento del ritiro! Lo smartphone in questione aveva anche dei segni ai lati che prima non erano presenti ma soltanto dopo lo smontaggio del dispositivo da parte loro. Esperienza molto negativa e, personale incompetente! Fortemente sconsigliato! As a justification for the delay they told me that the problem was more complex than expected, moreover the predetermined price has been increased without any warning but only at the time of the withdrawal! Pino, una persona gentile e professionalmente preparata ha risolto il problema in poco più di 30 minuti al mio Samsung S8 senza doverlo lasciare e dover rimanere senza cellulare cose al quanto TOP di questi tempi. Nel frattempo ho visitato lo showroom notando tanti Iphone spettacolari pari al nuovo senza nessun graffio e con garanzia di 12 mesi. Quando avrò bisogno di un consiglio di un professionista nel settore so dove andare MEGAPHONE a San Giorgio Ionico. Bravo sig. Pino continua così... Le è stato detto a lavoro già compiuto di un ulteriore problema che a noi non risultava, costretti quindi a pagare di più rispetto al prezzo pattuito in precedenza. Questa ulteriore riparazione ci ha portato problemi seri all'iPhone che nonostante la sostituzione del pezzo in assistenza non si sono per niente risolti. Abbiamo poi scoperto successivamente non essere un centro Apple autorizzato, quindi ci siamo dovuti recare all'unico autorizzato in zona (tutto un altro mondo, nulla a che vedere) a cui abbiamo chiesto informazioni a riguardo; la nostra pessima esperienza ci è stata confermata da questi ragazzi che hanno raccontato di non essere stati i primi ad aver avuto un a tale situazione. Pensavamo di risparmiare un po' e di far lavorare un po' questi piccoli centri, pessimo errore da non ripetersi. Un detto diceva: “Se credi che un professionista ti costi troppo è perché non hai idea di quanto ti costerà alla fine un incompetente", ora so cosa vuol dire FATE RIPARARE I VOSTRI DISPOSITIVI DA PERSONE REALMENTE COMPETENTI, SOLO I CENTRI DI MARCA SONO AFFIDABILI My girlfriend took an iPhone for repair a month or so ago. After the work had already been completed, she was told of a further problem that we did not find, therefore forced to pay more than the previously agreed price. This further repair brought us serious problems to the iPhone which, despite the replacement of the part in service, have not been solved at all. We then discovered later that it was not an authorized Apple center, so we had to go to the only authorized center in the area (a whole other world, nothing to do with it) to which we asked for information about it; our bad experience was confirmed by these guys who said they were not the first to have had such a situation. We thought we would save a little and make these small towns work a little, a bad mistake not to be repeated. A saying said: "If you believe that a professional costs you too much it is because you have no idea how much an incompetent will cost you in the end", now I know what it means.
