★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio. Sono andato per una lampadina a 12V, mi hanno dato una Beghelli, che già di per se è un pessimo prodotto, a casa non funzionava. Sono tornato e me l'hanno cambiata. Dopo qualche settimana ha smesso di funzionare, stamane sono tornato per cambiarla e ho chiesto un'altra marca. Alla cassa mi hanno chiesto 6,00€ di differenza! Me ne sono andato, per principio, lasciando la lampada rotta sul bancone! Al Brico compravo una Philips, che funziona sempre e al primo colpo, a 8,00€ e loro dopo tutto il tempo che ho perso vogliono ancora la differenza???? Ma come lavorate?????? Questo è il caso più esplicito di tutti, ma di queste porcate ne fanno di continuo, pure con gente che gli fattura 100.000,00€/anno!!!! Cambiate lavoro!!!!
Bad service. I went for a 12V light bulb, they gave me a Beghelli, which in itself is a bad product, it didn't work at home. I came back and they changed it. After a few weeks it stopped working, this morning I went back to change it and asked for another brand. At the cashier they asked me for a € 6.00 difference! I left, in principle, leaving the broken lamp on the counter! At Brico I bought a Philips, which always works and at the first shot, at € 8.00 and after all the time I lost they still want the difference ???? But how do you work ?????? This is the most explicit case of all, but they always make these crap, even with people who invoice them € 100,000.00 / year !!!! Change your job !!!!
