★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stelle...come si possono mettere 5 stelle alla HEXISS a meno che non si è dei RUFFIANI e dei LECCAPIEDI. Se siete persone con poca voglia di lavorare e volete passare le vostre ore lavorative davanti al cellulare per farvi gli affari vostri in HEXISS siete i benvenuti, vi tengono e potete fare anche carriera, se invece siete persone dal carattere "operativo" che fanno fare bella figura all'azienda e ben visti dai dipendenti del Comune di Genova per la vostra disponibilità allora in HEXISS non siete graditi.
Alla HEXISS non sanno nemmeno da che parte si inizia a fare sicurezza anche se su internet si descrive come una grande azienda leader nella vigilanza, e in più mettono persone non idonee a svolgere certi servizi.
L'unica cosa che alla HEXISS riesce bene e che non si fanno mai mancare è la totale assenza di professionalità e di educazione verso i suoi dipendenti. E' anche difficile contattare il personale responsabile dei vari uffici di ROMA e bisogna stare loro dietro con decine di mail e telefonate, ti dicono che ti richiameranno ma poi non lo fanno.
Oltre a tutto ciò c'è anche la divisa "obbligatoria" fatta male e di brutto aspetto, una semplice camicia celeste e un maglioncino ridicolo blu senza nessun PATCH riconoscitivo per l’operatore.
5 stars ... how can you put 5 stars at the HEXISS unless you are a RUFFIANI and LECCAPIEDI. If you are people with little desire to work and you want to spend your working hours in front of your mobile phone to do your own business in HEXISS you are welcome, they care about you and you can also make a career, if instead you are people with an "operational" character who make you look good figure at the company and well regarded by the employees of the Municipality of Genoa for your availability then in HEXISS you are not welcome.
At HEXISS they don't even know where to start making security even though on the internet it describes itself as a great leader in supervision, and in addition they put people who are not suitable to perform certain services.
The only thing that HEXISS does well and never fails is the total lack of professionalism and education towards its employees. It is also difficult to contact the staff responsible for the various offices in ROME and you have to keep up with them with dozens of emails and phone calls, they tell you they will call you back but then they don't.
In addition to all this, there is also the "obligatory" uniform made badly and ugly, a simple light blue shirt and a ridiculous blue sweater without any recognizable PATCH for the operator.
