Allo sportello, dove sono stato oggi 9 settembre 2019 per la terza volta, sanno solo dirmi che faranno ancora una volta la segnalazione.
Non è possibile parlare con un responsabile.
Tutto il gruppo IREN è inaffidabile

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In relazione ai lavori di intervento rete idrica in Via Chighizola a Genova Sturla, è vergognoso in prima battuta la quasi totale mancanza di informazione, visto che sono interessate 15 strade ! In seconda battuta era prevista la non erogazione dalle ore 8 alle ore 17 di oggi 14/02/2019. Ebbene, sono le 22,24 e non c'è ancora l'acqua ! E questo nonostante le ripetute assicurazioni dal n° Verde " Guasti Acqua " ! Una vergogna , un disservizio enorme ! Farò esposto alla Procura della Repubblica di Genova .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci state lasciando senza acqua da 3 giorni, e forse ne passeranno altri 2! Non é colpa nostra se un ##### di ex amministratore non ha pagato 3 bollette senza farci sapere nulla! Il debito é stato saldato dal nuovo immediatamente. Giovedí avete sospeso la fornitura, venerdí mattina il conto é stato saldato: avevate il dovere di riattivare subito! Invece rispondete che c'é un blocco amministrativo, che verrá tolto entro due giorni lavorativi (martedí). Sabato e domenica quindi non sono considerati lavorativi per un servizio cosí essenziale? Siete fuori! Vi denunceremo

Chissà io non smetterò di recensire negativamente questa azienda perché devono seriamente prendere provvedimenti seri per chi gli dà modo di sopravvivere cioè il cliente spero che con le recensioni si facciano 2 domande e si diano 2 risposte

DOPO UN ANNO MI RIMANGIO TUTTO ! IMPOSSIBILE PARLARE CON PERSONALE IN GRADO DI CAPIRE IL MIO PROBLEMA !
IL MASSIMO E' STATA UNA BOLLETTA PER IL CONSUMO DELL'ACQUA CHE DA EURO 2.243,42 E' MIRACOLOSAMENTE PASSATA A EURO120,23 SENZA NESSUNA SPIEGAZIONE MALGRADO LE MIE RIPETUTE RICHIESTE.
ANCORA IN BALLO UN'ULTERIORE BOLLETTA DI EURO 603,32 E NON RIESCO A PARLARE CON NESSUNO !!

THE MAXIMUM WAS A BILL FOR WATER CONSUMPTION THAT FROM EURO 2,243.42 MIRACULOUSLY PASSED TO EURO 120.23 WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION DESPITE MY REPEATED REQUESTS.
STILL IN DANCE AN ADDITIONAL BILL OF EURO 603.32 AND I CANNOT TALK TO ANYONE !!
