Essendo il mio unico operatore, mi ritrovo impossibilitato a contattare l' ex UTAP. Vi chiedo di fornire un numero fisso a pagamento alternativo od un indirizzo email. Se non farete ciò, molti utenti si troveranno nella mia condizione. Per quanto concerne gli operatori dell'ex UTAP, do 5 stelle: sono sempre gentili e disponibili. Grazie. Aggiornamento del 13/06/2020: non riesco ancora a contattare via telefono mobile l'ex UTAP e non rispondono all'email. Hi, I report a serious problem: the cost-sharing number 840000585 is not reachable from Kena Mobile. Being my only operator, I find myself unable to contact the former UTAP. I ask you to provide a fixed fee alternative number or an email address. If you don't do this, many users will be in my condition. As for the operators of the former UTAP, I give 5 stars: they are always kind and helpful. Thanks. Update of 13/06/2020: I still can't contact the former UTAP via mobile phone and they don't reply to the email.

Dopo circa un mese dalla recensione ho notato con piacere che ora è possibile prenotare on line visite e ricette. Il sistema di prenotazione è molto ben costruito e semplice nell'utilizzo. Bad .... a call center that makes you pay for the call and you have to call 50 times to take the line and in the meantime you pay 50 calls ..... for heaven's sake ... avoid those who have to choose .....

Ma il male non può attendere..ci vorrebbero più operatori che rispondono...perchè non si considera che chi chiama lo fa per esigenze di salute. Di questi tempi poi..bisogna solo pregare di non aver bisogno Always try again later !!!
