Personale medico poco attento alle esigenze dei pazienti.
 Worst center I've ever been to. My secretaries available, when you try to call they leave you waiting for 5 minutes and then hang up.
Medical staff not attentive to the needs of patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mio parere le signore della segreteria dovrebbero smuoversi un attimo, e fare il loro lavoro con piu interesse . Al ritorno a casa di mio marito dall'ospedale per un intervento al setto nasale e dopo aver richiesto con urgenza la possibilità di avere la prescrizione di un medico per l'antibiotico prescritto in fase di dimissioni , se ne sono fregate altamente non hanno avvisato nessuno dei medici di turno in quel momento , lasciando mio marito scoperto per un giorno la cura antibiotica cominciata in ospedale.
Bel servizio signore , queste sono quelle che rovinano la categoria , ma non avete un responsabile che vi controlla??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le ''signore della segreteria piene di schifo non capisco sto atteggiamento! Se chiedi un informazione ti fanno sentire a disagio. Sarebbero pagate per questo! Forse perché ero straniero! Se non siete capaci di stare al contatto con il pubblico dovreste cambiare lavoro. In specie la ragazza riccia bionda! Li ho solo chiesto che orario aveva la dottoressa ed era tutta sconvolta.. ma se io vado li una volta al anno non e che mi ricordo tutti i orari, siete li apposta ricordate! Pessimo servizio ( solo segreteria) sia chiaro!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho aspettato 9 giorni per avere un impegnativa ,ho inviato la richiesta col servizio mail : ti arriva la risposta automatica e in teoria ci vogliono due giorni. Ho aspettato oltre i due giorni e ho chiamato e per fortuna era giorno di visita del medico, bontà divina si è palesata l'impegnativa nella casella di posta elettronica!

Si è vero che il medico riceve chiamate in studio, ma è anche vero che in periodo di pandemia è molto disponibile a qualsiasi orario e questo gli fa onore. Mi scuso ancora. La segreteria è composta da persone molto professionali e veloci. Le impegnative sono sempre arrivate immediatamente sia in farmacia che nella mail.
