Porto a mano la bicicletta per 3 km (è il posto più vicino e la bici in macchina non ci sta) il sabato mattina e lui mi nega riparazione (una foratura... 10 minuti?) e persino di lasciare la bicicletta (perché il negozio è pieno! Una bicicletta a metà mattina di sabato!!!). Mi dice di portarla lunedì (ehy Mister la gente di solito va a lavorare!). A nulla serve pregarlo e fargli notare che la sto portando a mano da 3 km! Maleducato e poco professionale. Pessimo Dalla risposta in basso (un'offesa) si capisce l'educazione ed il rispetto It would be 0 stars! Dato che non ho attrezzi dato che sono fuorisede ci sono andato due volte per gonfiare le ruote e sistemare l’inclinazione della sella. Disponibile e rapido e non ha chiesto un euro, nonostante stessi insistendo. I am a university and I only go there for when I have problems with the bike. Since I have no tools since I am off-site, I went there twice to inflate the wheels and adjust the inclination of the saddle. Helpful and quick and didn't ask for a euro, even though I was insisting.

Anche in questo periodo di scarsa reperibilità di e-bike i titolari sono stati in grado di fornirle nei tempi e nei modi concordati e di trovare soluzioni tenendo presente anche l'aspetto economico. Va valutata pure l'assistenza post vendita. Complimenti. Mara e Maurizio After viewing other structures, I arrived at the right shop here in Padua: a well-stocked range of bikes, accessories and clothing on request, followed by the competence and professionalism of Federico and Monica. Even in this period of scarce availability of e-bikes, the owners were able to supply them within the agreed time and manner and to find solutions also keeping in mind the economic aspect. I should have bought before the E-bike they sold me: Torpado Eolo is the best bike I've ridden until now.

They couldn't spare 5 minutes to at least let me pump it up even though they actually had 15mins until their posted closing time. Edit: And you even have the audacity to lie instead of apologizing!!! I have my timeline on Google as a witness, I came before your posted closing time and I even called a few minutes before but you just hung up on me because you don't speak English! I didn't choose when and where my tire was going to go flat, I just needed your help, but instead I had to walk in the freezing cold for an hour pushing my bike...
