★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È quasi impossibile contattare lo studio al telefono. Mi trovavo bene prima dell'era covid, ora comprendo sia tutto più complicato e che siano oberati di lavoro, ma per un "paziente" è terribile non poter parlare col proprio medico o avere un appuntamento dopo una settimana.
It is almost impossible to contact the studio on the phone. I was fine before the covid era, now I understand that everything is more complicated and that they are overworked, but for a "patient" it is terrible not to be able to talk to their doctor or have an appointment after a week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto a che fari con quasi tutti i medici del "gruppo" e sono uno più scortese dell altro..tempi di attesa per gli appuntamenti e per telefono, lunghi..ho chiesto varie volte di fare analisi specifiche in base alle mie necessità e non sono stata spesso accontentata non capendone il motivo.
I have dealt with almost all the doctors in the "group" and I am more rude than the other ... long waiting times for appointments and by phone ... I have asked several times to have specific tests based on my needs and I have not often been satisfied, not understanding why.
