PREMETTO CHE, DIETRO SUGGERIMENTO DELLA STESSA CASA DI CURA, HO PRENOTATO ONLINE LA TELEFONATA D'ALTRONDE MAI ARRIVATA E MI SONO IMPEGNATA A TELEFONARE IO. Ho telefonato e cliccato 2 per la visita ambulatoriale, ho atteso al telefono ben 45 minuti la prima volta e 35 la seconda, senza risposta. Volutamente alla terza ho cliccato sulla tastiera 1 quello relativo alle prenotazioni a PAGAMENTO. Volete sapere? Mi hanno risposto SUBITO! VERGOGNA I am truly disgusted by the treatment given to PATIENTS. Let me explain! I PROMISE THAT, BEHIND THE SAME NURSING HOME'S SUGGESTION, I HAVE BOOKED ONLINE THE CALL ON THE OTHERWISE NEVER ARRIVED AND I UNDERTAKE TO PHONE ME. I called and clicked 2 for the outpatient visit, I waited on the phone for 45 minutes for the first time and 35 for the second, with no answer. On the third I deliberately clicked on the keyboard 1 the one relating to PAYMENT bookings. You want to know? They answered me IMMEDIATELY! SHAME

Qui ho trovato gentilezza, cordialità, professionalità e sto riprendendo molto velocemente la funzionalità della caviglia. Ho conosciuto la grande competenza della Fisiatra che monitora quotidianamente i miei progressi coaudiuvando i preparatissimi fisioterapisti che grazie alle loro manipolazioni stanno facendo miracoli. Parliamo della struttura accogliente e molto pulita sembra di stare in un altro paese Svizzera e invece no siamo nelle colline dell'Oltreopo Pavese a Salice Terme, la struttura è conosciuta da molti medici operanti nei migliori ospedali di Milano. Per prendere la linea ci vuole troppa pazienza. Spesso ti riagganciano. Tranne una signora di cui la disponibilità è esemplare tutte le altre volte ho parlato con personaggi sbrigativi e non adatti a quel ruolo. L accoglienza inizia dalla prenotazione.... brutto biglietto da visita. Sicuramente mi rivolgerò ad altre strutture. Decisamente maleducato si è addirittura rifiutato di eseguire l ecografia al seno che avevo prenotato ,sostenendone l inutilità. L'ecografia seno permette di individuare e valutare la presenza di eventuali anomalie risparmiando alla paziente la (seppur minima) dose di radiazioni che caratterizza invece la mammografia. La direzione si è successivamente scusata ,e immediatamente mi hanno prenotato l ecografia con un altro medico.Preciso che non ho mai avuto problemi di questo genere ne in questa struttura e ne in altre. Anzi ,ho sempre consigliato Villa Esperia proprio per la gentilezza del personale. Purtroppo ho dovuto ricredermi. Credo che per essere medico sia necessaria umanità oltre che una laurea. F	Fabrizio Folletti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno,...siamo completamente delusi dall esperienza riscontrata nello scorso mese La mamma ,operata al San Matteo di Pavia alla valvola aortica ,è stata mandata alla villa Esperia per riabilitazione In 30 giorni di degenza si solo limitati a fle fare 39 minuti di ciclette al mattino e 30 al pomeriggio Nessuna possibilità di camminare all esterno ,30 giorni chiusa dentro senza nemmeno andare sul balcone. E ci tengo a precisare....ci hanno consigliato questo posto in quanto situato in ottima posizione, aria buona, tranquillità... Personale poco disponibile ,svogliato alla richiesta di aiuto. Leggendo il sito internet, e vedendo le foto ,mi aspettavo un aiuto anche psicologico, da post operazione ( un operazione genere può lasciare un evidente blocco psicologico) Tutto quello che è scritto nella pagina web, non è stato visto nemmeno lontanamente. Dimessa l'altro giorno ,con un sacchetto di pastiglie da prendere, una foglio scritto con cose da fare e non da fare e un arrivederci!!! Personalmente ho fatto il percorso post bariatrico di tre settimane, ed ho trovato nel personale medico e paramedico una elevata preparazione, professionalità e grandissima pazienza. Una nota di merito sulla capacità di "condivisione" delle informazioni, oltre alla grande pazienza di alcune infermiere nel relazionarsi ai pazienti (anche a chi, come me, non era in grado di farsi l'eparina per paura dell'ago, un'infermiera del reparto si è prestata ad insegnarmi come fare per far sì che andassi a casa e potessi gestire in modo autonomo la cosa). La presenza di oltre 50 fisioterapisti fa capire l'ottimo indirizzamento verso la riabilitazione. La strumentazione in dotazione e gli apparecchi tecnici sono all'avanguardia. Nel complesso trovo anche il centro stesso un posto ben gestito e molto pulito, cosa non di poco conto. Gli ambienti sono tutti confortevoli il personale normalmente gentile (chi più empatico chi meno). Villa Esperia was an experience of great value. Overall I also find the center itself a well managed and very clean place, which is no small thing. The rooms are all comfortable and the staff are normally polite (some more empathetic, some less).
