In questo periodo, difficile per tutti si stanno prodigando tanto per accontentare tutti.... Piuttosto vedo che molte persone quando si è giù in attesa, fanno spesso i portoghesi, cercando di scavalcare le code.... Questo purtroppo non si può imputare ai singoli addetti, ma alla carenza di educazione e dialogo tra le persone. Buona serata. It is an efficient and effective structure. Suoni il campanello e non ti considerano. Oggi sono riuscita a salire grazie a una signora anziana e arrivata alla segreteria non c'era nessuno e le impiegate a fare comunella con un medico. Considerazione zero! Bad organization. Do not call because they unplug the phone for half days. To pick up a recipe, they leave you out for half an hour, in the cold. Ma vi rendete conto che la gente se chiama è perché ha bisogno?? E non rispondete per piacere che se voglio spiegazioni devo contattare il mio medico, bravissimo tra l'altro, se voi non me lo permettete!! M	M M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non posso che dare 5 stelle. Le segretarie sono gentili e cercano sempre di aiutarti. Per mail rispondono sempre, telefonicamente si sente che ne ricevono parecchie, ma rispondono e risolvono ogni problema o dubbio, sempre! Le infermiere, beh, che dire, super professionali! Non cambierei mai la struttura anche per questo motivo, perché erogano servizi e prestazioni veramente di alto livello! Lo dico da agofobico: gli infermieri in generale mi sono sempre stati antipatici (soprattutto quando ti dicono: beh, ma sei grande dai, non senti niente! Cosa vuol dire?! Non è che gli adulti siano felici a siringarsi.. così per sport!). Qui le infermiere sanno davvero farti stare a proprio agio e soprattutto competenti, delicate e professionali! Top! I medici penso siano tra i più competenti di Ferrara, non posso dire altro! Concludo dicendo che mi dispiace leggere recensioni negative, soprattutto dove evidenziano il fatto delle persone che sono rimaste fuori dalla struttura in questi mesi, probabilmente non afferrano il concetto che col covid l’entrata è contingentata! Prendete appuntamento ed eviterete di aspettare inutilmente la fila. Se dovessi essere costretto a cambiare città e di conseguenza questa struttura, sicuramente sarebbe un grande dispiacere (assieme a tutti gli altri dispiaceri che comporterebbe lasciare la magnifica Ferrara, ovvio!) I think the doctors are among the most competent in Ferrara, I can't say more! I conclude by saying that I am sorry to read negative reviews, especially where they highlight the fact that the people who have stayed out of the facility in recent months probably do not grasp the concept that with the covid entry is limited! Make an appointment and you will avoid waiting unnecessarily in line. If I were to be forced to change the city and consequently this structure, it would certainly be a great disappointment (along with all the other sorrows that would involve leaving the magnificent Ferrara, of course!)
