In particolare, per merito di Elisabetta Colonna, grande fisioterapista, sono riuscita non solo a risolvere del tutto il problema legato alla spalla, ma allo stesso tempo mi ha fornito dei consigli utili per la postura e per lo svolgimento corretto degli esercizi in palestra.
