★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale molto scortese e impreparato. In due occasioni ho avuto la sfortuna di richiedere calze per mia moglie in gravidanza. Sia io che lei, a più riprese, siamo stati accolti con assoluta mancanza di garbo e professionalità. L'ultima volta hanno asserito persino di avere perso la sua prescrizione e le misure già prese di persona, non scusandosi e anzi mantenendo un atteggiamento di sfida e assenza di collaborazione.
Non ci torneremo mai più, e sconsigliamo vivamente a chiunque di farlo.
Very rude and unprepared staff. On two occasions I have had the misfortune of requesting socks for my pregnant wife. Both me and her, on several occasions, were greeted with an absolute lack of courtesy and professionalism. The last time they even claimed to have lost his prescription and the measures already taken in person, not apologizing and on the contrary maintaining an attitude of challenge and absence of collaboration.
We will never go back, and we strongly discourage anyone from doing so.

Manco hanno calcolato i 10 giorni lavorativi, mi ha risposto una ragazza dal bancone. Non tornerò più sicuramente.
I took an article that I asked to replace taken on April 19 requested replacement with receipt May 2 with holidays and bridges. They told me it was no longer possible to replace it. Manco have calculated the 10 working days, a girl replied from the counter. I will definitely not be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio lo trovo molto fornito però per me la cosa grave è che non accetta come metodo di pagamento la carta di credito American Express che risulta essere la prima carta di credito al mondo. tutti gli esercizi devono essere provvisti di pagamenti elettronici e devono prendere tutti i circuiti presenti al mondo senza fare distinzioni. Questo mi ha davvero seccato
