Una sola segretaria , che tra l'altro al pomeriggio lavora solo 3 ore, per ricevere appuntamenti per 7 dottori... Se si prova a telefonare, il numero è sempre occupato oppure non risponde... Telefono sempre occupato....la segretaria inutilmente tenta di nascondersi dietro la scusa del coronavirus per giustificare il fatto che non rispondono al telefono (probabilmente non hanno tempo ma non lo dicono) Allora ...non si potrebbe aggiungere una segretaria???ci sono tanti medici potrebbero unirsi e gestire la situazione in maniera diversa Famiglia Concato/ Molon Four stars for the doctors but 0 for the management of the center.
