Cambierò medico solo per non aver a che fare con questa organizzazione disastrosa Patient management is embarrassing to say the least, hours of waiting on the phone to talk to incompetent people, patients bounced from one doctor to another and all by reservation only as if it were a commercial activity. La nuova politica adottata in seguito al covid li giustifica a essere lenti e pressapochisti. Praticamente se non hai il covid non ti guardano neanche, non ti lasciano fissare un appuntamento e impiegano come minimo una settimana a rispondere alle mail. E se si prova ad andare di persona o chiamare telefonicamente si viene trattati in modo sgarbato e davvero poco professionale. Per educazione non citerò il nome del mio medico, ma provvederò a cambiarlo sicuramente. In questa situazione mi sono trovato a dover fare numerose visite privatamente perché se aspetto i loro comodi rimango qui altri 10 anni. Se potessi dare zero stelle lo farei. The rudeness and lack of will to do that permeates this medical center is nothing short of disconcerting. The new policy adopted following the covid justifies them to be slow and careless. Basically, if you don't have a covid, they don't even look at you, they don't let you make an appointment and they take at least a week to reply to emails. And if you try to go in person or call by phone, you are treated rude and very unprofessional. Out of education I will not mention my doctor's name, but I will definitely change it. In this situation I found myself having to make numerous visits privately because if I wait for their comfort I will stay here another 10 years. If I could give zero stars I would.

Sono spesso stata trattata con sufficienza dal medico, spesso mi ha liquidata con risposte assurde ed in maniera arrogante. Sia di persona che al telefono. Ha spesso troppa fretta di concludere ed accompagnarti alla porta, magari vai per 2, 3 cose e devi dire... Dottore non ho ancora finito! Detto da una persona come me che non va dal medico così spesso per ogni stupidaggine a far perdere tempo! E se gli spieghi un tuo problema, deve comunque sempre contraddirti. Questa non è professionalità e soprattutto è mancanza di umanità. Qui si tratta di salute!!! Not satisfied at all, I am forced to change. Tutte le regole astruse che si sono creati portano il personale ad essere stressato e maleducato (presumendo che siano persone normalmente educate..). Lunghe attese al telefono per prendere la linea e poi richiama domani, domani richiama domani perché "inserire qui motivazione casuale del giorno". Alla fine per essere curati in un tempo ragionevole da non morire di qualcosa o per stare tranquilli si finisce sempre al pronto soccorso a pagare il codice bianco.. E perdere 6 ore solo per essere guardato.. Scandaloso cambiate studio medico. My doctor is also competent but this is a simple business complications office. Decido allora di andare là e il telefono era libero, nessuno dentro al centro medico, c’era solo l’impiegata e i medici . Gli si fa una domanda e le risposte sono vaghe, per poi scoprire che la procedura indicata da loro era sbagliata.
