Lo frequento mensilmente da quasi un anno e non ho di che lamentarmi ♥️ Bravi! Very nice clinic run with adequate and friendly staff. They strictly comply with the anti-Covid19 regulations and sanitize the environments. I have been attending it monthly for almost a year and I have nothing to complain about ♥ ️ Well done!

Non do il voto massimo del voto in quanto c’è stata un’incoerenza sul costo della visita, dove al momento del pagamento in sede, lo stesso costo, era diverso da quello visualizzato sull’applicazione al momento della prenotazione. Per il resto consigliatissimo! Very kind, professional and prepared. I do not give the highest grade as there was an inconsistency on the cost of the visit, where at the time of payment on site, the same cost was different from that displayed on the application at the time of booking. For the rest highly recommended!

È da oltre un mese che aspetto di sapere l'esito di tutte le analisi fatte, chiami e nessuno ti sa rispondere?! Dopo la prima visita è stato impossibile parlare piu' con la Dottoressa, anche telefonicamente, nonostante l'esito delle mie prime analisi non siano state positive. Quindi nessuna spiegazione medica mi è stata fornita. Ho fissato un'ulteriore visita per proseguire con gli ulteriori accertamenti suggeriti via mail senza tante spiegazioni, da "una segretaria" credo, e due giorni prima l'appuntamento è stato cancellato perché - alla Dottoressa hanno cambiato i turni in ospedale!!!!!- ...ed io che mi ero organizzata chiedendo un giorno di ferie per poterla fare???!!!...nonostante la bellezza di 500 euro pagate ad uno studio medico privato mi ritrovo solo ad aver perso tempo e non essere riuscita a capire nulla sulla mia patologia. Sono costretta a rifare il tutto sicuramente in un altro centro medico...non posso che sconsigliarlo Not very professional and skilled. Bad quality / price ratio! Little consideration of patients. After the first visit it was impossible to talk to the Doctor anymore, even by phone, despite the fact that the results of my first analyzes were not positive. So no medical explanation was given to me. I set up a further visit to continue with the further investigations suggested by email without much explanation, by "a secretary" I think, and two days before the appointment was canceled because - the Doctor changed her shifts in the hospital !!!! ! - ... and I, who had organized myself asking for a day off to be able to do it ??? !!! ... despite the beauty of 500 euros paid to a private doctor's office, I find myself only wasting time and not being managed to understand anything about my condition. I am forced to do everything again in another medical center ... I can only advise against it

Promenzio ha messo da subito a suo agio mia figlia, all'inizio spaventata, e si è dimostrato al contempo molto preparato. Di certo torneremo da lui per future necessità. Positive experience, we were contacted to confirm the appointment and then we received a further message the previous day. The dr. Accoglienza impeccabile, tanto da farti sentire a proprio agio. La dottoressa Di Cello è eccezionale, molto gentile e delicata e soprattutto professionale! Ho chiamato per un appuntamento, e stabilito giorno e ora, mi reco per la successiva visita, arrivato in sede con gentile accoglienza e successiva registrazione mi accomodo nella sala attesa ad orario e aspettando il mio turno..per farla breve dopo un ora e piu' di attesa chiedo info della situazione anche perche' avevo in programma altri servizi da svolgere in giornata. Il personale mi risponde che ha avuto ritardo la Dottoressa nell' iniziare le visite...ma Santo Dio nn si fa cosi' nn te ne puoi uscire cosi', tu che stai dietro a gestire il personale abbi la bonta' almeno di alzare il telefono e avvisare del ritardo(che ci puo' stare) almeno uno si puo' gestire (come nel mio caso )i servizi organizzati ad incastro con gli orari. Preso un giorno di ferie dal lavoro per organizzare il tutto e poi ritrovarsi con un ora ad aspettare cosi' invano e manco effettuata la visita nn ci sto..sono proprio indignato! One star for me is too much. Unqualified personnel. The staff replied that the Doctor was late in starting the visits ... but Holy God, you can't get out of it like this, you who are behind managing the staff have the kindness to at least raise the telephone and notify of the delay (which may be there) at least one can manage (as in my case) the organized services interlocking with the timetables. I took a day off from work to organize everything and then find myself with an hour to wait so in vain and not even made the visit I'm not there .. I'm really outraged!
