★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo devo scrivere questa recensione negativa. Questo è stato il mio centro estetico di fiducia per anni, ma da qualche tempo non mi comunica più la fiducia e il senso di cura e accoglienza che mi comunicava un tempo.
Qualche settimana fa ho fatto il semipermanente e dopo 1 solo giorno si è tolto tutto come se fosse una pellicola appoggiata. La ragazza ha constatato il problema e non mi è stato offerto alcun rimborso, né una nuova manicure. E ci tengo a specificare che i prezzi sono più alti della media.
Unfortunately I have to write this negative review. This has been my trusted beauty center for years, but for some time now it no longer communicates the trust and sense of care and welcome it once gave me.
A few weeks ago I did the semi-permanent and after only 1 day it took off everything as if it were a film placed on it. The girl noticed the problem and I was not offered any refunds or a new manicure. And I want to specify that prices are higher than average.
