★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reparto di elettronica che 6 volte su 8 non risponde e di conseguenza ti fanno aspettare un sacco di minuti in linea, ho chiamato in orari differenti, poco affollati e in settimana quindi non può essere che siano sempre occupati, bisogna migliorare su questo aspetto, per il resto non ho niente da dire, commessi gentili e abbastanza preparati, ma ogni tanto anche loro hanno qualche pecca, ad esempio uno ti dice una cosa e l'altro un'altra, insomma si dovrebbe migliorare anche assumendo personale in più ( reparto elettronica soprattutto), perché non è possibile andare in settimana a metà pomeriggio e dover aspettare una vita per chiedere un'informazione ai commessi, proprio perché ce ne sono pochi sempre occupati, in questo modo la gente ha una cattiva immagine di questo negozio ed evita di ritornarci.

Se lo prendevo con Amazon a pagare la stessa cifra mi arrivava il giorno e senza sollecitazioni.
Poi si domandano perché Amazon fa tanti soldi

When I finally was helped, the lady gave me a wrong price. There was a difference of 150€ from the promotion I saw on internet in the same store. I finally get a discount but if I would not have seen it I would have been ripped off.
