β β β β β I've spent 45 minutes calling the shop but there was no answer. (And they can't answer because there is no one that can answer) I've made an online buying with delivery at the store. Of course the delivery date was late one day.

β β β β β Experience was good but there is difference in the variety which is shown in website than what is available in store so if you have decided for something specifically based on website then keep your fingers crossed unless you find it in the store

β β β β β Plenty of choices available here with normal prices. When I had no time to go there for browsing an item I needed, I ordered online on it's official website, then took the stuff at the shop.
I can get the latest information about promo they're offering on "iLikes" apps.

β β β β β I went to the MediaWorld Tori DEuropa tu return a SIM-card 4G router of 121β¬ that I bought in MediaWorld Villesse one week ago and which is not working well.
They told me that since I payed it by credit card they were not refunding me the money but just giving me a gift card with the 121β¬. I told the employee that in the webpage they say that they return the money in the same way within the first 14 days and his workmate agrees. But he went to the director to check it and he told me that they will give me the gift card only and that was a decision of the director. If I wanted the money back I had to go to the MediaWorld where I bought it.
The rules cannot depend on the store and on the mood of the director. But it is ok Mr Director of the MediaWorld Torri DEuropa, if you want me to do all the transactions in another store I will do it. But then I am not using your store in the future. Good luck :)

β β β β β We ordered DeLoghi mini owen on their webshop with delivery to Trieste shop in Torri d' Europa.
Never received any confirmation that it arrived there...tried to phone them - NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE ALL DAY LONG!!!
We live 100 km from shop and don't want to travel for nothing!!!
Be very ashamed workers at Mediaworld!!!

β β β β β do not buy from MediaWorld, i tried to buy an iphone, a week later they told me they haven't got it and that they will send me another phone with the same price or they will cancel the order. online service isn't efficient, they don't reply
