Non da niente per scontato e poi non meno importante empatica e gentilissima.

 In my opinion, Angela is not a classic saleswoman but she is the perfect consultant who accompanies you in the purchase of each appliance, explaining the functionality and characteristics of the product in every detail.
She takes nothing for granted and then, no less important, she is empathetic and very kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brutta esperienza, abbiamo acquistato un pc chiedendo esplicitamente supportasse certi programmi, ci garantiscono di sí e che in caso si può restituire. A casa proviamo e installati i programmi il pc é lentissimo, andiamo a restituirlo e…. Non ci danno il rimborso promesso ma una tessera prepagata. Il primo venditore assolutamente incompetente, il secondo competente e molto gentile (grazie Luca) purtroppo politica resi PESSIMA e ingannevole, non viene rimborsato nulla se non acquisti da loro.
Bad experience, we bought a pc explicitly asking for it to support certain programs, they guarantee us yes and that in case it can be returned. At home we try and install the programs the pc is very slow, we go to return it and…. They don't give us the promised refund but a prepaid card. The first absolutely incompetent seller, the second competent and very kind (thanks Luca) unfortunately BAD and misleading returns policy, nothing is refunded if you do not buy from them.
