Ideal place to buy all electronics stuff from mobiles, tv, accessories, washing machines, cameras, and small gadgets, cables, etc... If you want buy in a flash. But need to be careful about prices some items could be very expensive on store as opposed to other online stores like amazon. Always compare prices online and make your purchases

They don't speak English at all. I wanted to buy a phone and I begged for attention for 30 min. No one could aproach and give me assistance. I bought the phone at the end, and after a month phone started to work very bad, freeze, and system problems. When I arrived at the shop, no one could help me with the problem at all, and again, no one would speak English.

READ TILL THE END!!! Mediaworld is a company that gives you the chill to buy all electronics appliances with ease inside the shop or online. with variety methods of payments, it is comfortable; BUT BUT BUT Don't ever ever ever buy online from Mediaworld. Truly the worst online services and support you can imagine. Late delivery, Broken package, inability to contact the support, postponing everything you have the right to do are the simplest things that can happens in there. I bought an iPhone 11 at 17th of January and the website estimated the delivery date at 20th of January and I selected pickup from the store (my phone's screen is broken, so time is important in this situation). I went there at 20th but they said (with anger at me!!!) the phone is not arrived and we can't see where is it and we can't say when it will be arrived AND the dates on the website are just an estimation and you have to wait for a mail to come that the phone is available to be picked up. 3 days later a mail came saying unfortunately due to some problems we can not send the phone now and the delivery may be postponed up to 30th of January!!! ok, I'll wait. 2 days after that another email came saying with proud! that the delivery will be made at 4th of February. Can you imagine the pain? today is 27th of January and I'm not sure even there is any phone or will I receive another email (or with their honesty!, I will get a refurbished or repaired phone). It's worth to mention that this is not a rare case just for me, after buying and chatting with my friends about it, all of them who had experience with Mediaworld, have said that it was the worst. So from now on I WON'T BUY ANYTHING, ANYTHING FROM MEDIAWORLD and if someone (friends and families) wants to buy something from Mediaworld I WOULD TRY MY BEST TO CHANGE THEIR MIND. THANKS FOR YOU WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER!!!!! WITH ANGER SHAYAN FAGHANI

I bought a pair of JBL T450BT, SBS Mini Speaker, Surface Laptop 4 etc. None of em had any issues or damaged packages whatsoever. The service given here to customers is just top tier! I highly recommend Mediaworld for a Consumer Electronics Store.

The problem is not the fact that I was obligated to put my backpack inside a security bag, the problem it was when I was in the cashier line waiting to pay and I noticed clearly that there were people wearing their backpacks without the secutiry bag. CLEARLY prejudice on the part of security with me. This mediaworld never again. :)

Not happy with this place, they had an "offer" of a mobile phone, when I went to pay for it they added 19 euro for a plastic screen protector. I said I didn't want it, they said it had already been applied to the screen and that it was not possible to buy the phone without it. Scammers as far as I am concerned. Just walked out.

I don't think it's the staffs fault but it seems there is a lack of training in them knowing about their products. Also it makes no sense that the prices are so different to online. It gives people the wrong idea when coming into the store expecting to come in and pay a certain amount and then it being drastically different. Also I tried to call beforehand to see if they stocked the item I had and no one picked up. Dear Media World Italia, get yourself together or people will continue to shop on Amazon.
