Kinda disappointed at the lack of products on display ..... Well, we couldn't find what we wanted. No Sony Playstation PS4 Dual Shock Console, no Samsung mobile cover for my model. Perhaps it was our unlucky day.

Let me be clear about the rating: Mediaworld as an outlet is ***** The customer experience on this occasion is * ....and i am being generous apart that 0* is not possible. If interested in my story please keep reading. So, i visited this place as i normally do when in Sicily, and bought some stuff. For some of the goods, i needed some help. The attendants directed me from one person to another as if i was a ball. Then when i finally got the opportunity to start a conversation about what I needed, the customer rep i was dealing with just let me wondering when another customer came up to him with a question. I then picked up an item that was listed as €5, which upon checkout after payment I discovered that i was charged €10. I returned to the outlet, spoke to a customer representative about the issue and directed him to the location from where I picked up the item. He compared the item bought with the same items on shelf that were priced at €5, identical package because they were all the same. The sales representative then checked the barcode and showed me that the numbers on the barcode is different....who the heck of a customer compares the barcodes of same packages?? He justified the mistake and indirectly shifted the blame on me, as if i had to check also the barcode numbers are the same.... Then comes the cherry on the cake....actually two cherries... because my case seemed special... I went up to the cashier and explained what happened, quoting the same words that the other customer representative told me....that is 'To exchange the item'... The cashiers (She) reply was "why are you changing a product with exactly the same product" to which i explained that the pricing was different. She then started mumbling something which I could not understand, and frankly did not care as i was getting late for an appointment.... The she asked me whether i preferred a voucher or pick any other item to make for the €5 credit. I asked her that i preferred cash because i am a tourist who will not return any time soon. She told me that i could not take cash because i paid by card. I asked her for a credit \ refund to my card and she replied that this was not possible. So i ended up buying a second computer mouse, forking out some additional money to make up for the difference.
