★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un tentativo di TRUFFA LEGALIZZATA!!! Propongono offerte telefoniche che poi si rivelano fasulle. Sono rimasta allibita da come la TIM se ne lavi le mani. Ore perse a telefonare ai servizi assistenza ai quali rispondono persone o sgarbate o incompetenti. Intanto ottengono dati personali. Sconsiglio vivamente a tutti!
An attempt at LEGALIZED SCAM !!! They offer telephone offers that then turn out to be fake. I was stunned by how the TIM is washing its hands. Hours lost calling the assistance services to which people are rude or rude or incompetent. Meanwhile they obtain personal data. I strongly discourage everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dei veri truffatori. Non capisco ancora come fanno ad esistere come Call center. Li dovrebbero mandare a raccogliere ortiche. Sono talmente spudorati e senza scrupoli che nonostante gli viene detto che se vendono fumo poi si ritrovano niente perché con la tutela del consumatore i contratti poi non hanno validità perché c'è diritto di recesso entro i 14 GG. State alla larga da questi millantatori. Devono assolutamente essere denunciati prima o poi qualcuno lo farà.
Real scammers. I still don't understand how they exist as a call center. They should be sent to collect nettles. They are so shameless and unscrupulous that despite being told that if they sell smoke then they find nothing because with consumer protection the contracts then have no validity because there is a right of withdrawal within 14 days. Stay away from these boasters. They absolutely have to be reported sooner or later someone will.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truffatori assoluti. Chiamano proponendo tariffe e offerte super vantaggiose, oggi con Vodafone, e ovviamente sono inesistenti. Quindi ti ritrovi si il contratto attivo ma a costi e condizioni assolutamente diverse da quelle proposte. Con un giro losco ti fanno firmare un contratto farlocco e il gioco è fatto. Ore e ore al telefono fingendo di trovarti una soluzione che non arriva mai. Mi stupisco come questi grossi operatori si possano appoggiare ancora a questa gente.
Absolute swindlers. They call proposing super advantageous rates and offers, today with Vodafone, and obviously they are non-existent. So you find yourself the active contract but at costs and conditions absolutely different from those proposed. With a shady round they make you sign a contract and get it done. Hours and hours on the phone pretending to find you a solution that never comes. I am amazed how these big operators can still rely on these people.

EDIT: in risposta alla richiesta di spiegazioni riguardo la mia recensione. nel maggio 2019 vengo contattata da un'operatrice del vostro contact center che innanzi tutto si presenta come Vodafone, e in seguito mi propone un'offerta per la rete fissa ed internet a determinate condizioni. Io accetto trovando l'offerta conveniente, al momento della registrazione del contratto tale operatrice mi anticipa e assicura che, pur non vedendo nel contratto una determinata scontistica da lei dichiarata, sarà comunque applicata. Risultato: la tariffa non sarebbe mai stata scontata, ho provato a ricontattare ripetutamente il numero da cui mi erano state fatte le telefonate in sede di registrazione del contratto senza ricevere alcuna risposta, e ho disdetto immediatamente il contratto.

I accept finding the offer convenient, when registering the contract this operator anticipates me and ensures that, even if I do not see in the contract a certain discount declared by her, it will still be applied. Result: the rate would never have been discounted, I tried to repeatedly contact the number from which the calls had been made when registering the contract without receiving any response, and I immediately canceled the contract.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il mese di dicembre ho fatto richiesta di linea telefonica tramite l'Azienda Mediacom ed io la raccomando. Non mi soffermerò sulla cordialità dell'operatrice, che ad ogni modo, ha risposto garbatamente a tutti i miei quesiti. Ma voglio lasciare un commento per ciò che riguarda la consegna del modem da parte del corriere utilizzato dalla azienda, avvenuta in modo gratuito così come mi era stato detto, e soprattutto, nei tempi giusti nonostante vi potevano essere ritardi relativi alle settimane di festività ed al periodo pandemico che, ahinoi, stiamo vivendo. Anche il tecnico che ha proceduto all'installazione è stato abile ed esperto. E credo che tutto quanto ciò faccia parte dell'immagine positiva che un'azienda lascia di sé. Per il resto do' 5 stelle.. ed aggiungo infine che i soldi spesi valgono la qualità del servizio da loro erogato.

The technician who carried out the installation was also skilled and experienced. And I believe that all of this is part of the positive image that a company leaves of itself. For the rest I give 5 stars .. and finally add that the money spent is worth the quality of the service provided by them.
