They take in second hand electronic products, like tablets, computers, but at the lowest value. No real service for repair or problems of components.

β β β β β It is NOT acceptable that staff cannot say when a regular product (Philips Sonicare replacement heads) will become available, that staff tells you to go on the site to order and that the order then takes a whole week to be delivered to the shop.
