Mi è stato risposto che non avevano ancora delle date disponibili e che mi avrebbero richiamata. Non avendo notizie ho chiamato io a novembre e scusandosi mi hanno detto che mi avrebbero chiamata entro dicembre. Non avendo avuto riscontro, nel mese di gennaio ho richiamato nuovamente e mi hanno garantito un appuntamento entro febbraio. Oramai è finito il mese di marzo e ancora nessuno si è fatto sentire, nè per fissare un appuntamento nè per giustificare un tempo di attesa così lungo proponendomi dei professionisti in alternativa a quello cercato. Essere illusi di avere un appuntamento a breve e tenere in sospeso un paziente per oltre 6 mesi non soltanto non è deontologicamente corretto, ma è vergognoso! Shameful! I called in September to make an appointment with a doctor who had followed me in the past. I was told that they still had no dates available and that they would call me back. Having no news, I called in November and apologized, they told me they would call me by December. Not having received a reply, in January I called again and they guaranteed me an appointment by February. By now the month of March is over and still nobody has made itself felt, neither to fix an appointment nor to justify such a long waiting time proposing to me professionals as an alternative to the one sought. Being deluded to have an appointment shortly and keeping a patient suspended for over 6 months is not only not deontologically correct, but it is shameful!

BUON CENTRO DI SERVIZI, DALLA STRUTTURA ALLE PRENOTAZIONI, PER L'INTERA COMUNITA' E' OGGETTIVAMENTE DA RITENERLO UN PUNTO DI RIFERIMENTO, ATTESO L'ANDAMENTO DELLE STRUTTURE SANITARIE PUBBLICHE. UN PO' DI BORIOSITA' IN MENO DA PARTE DEGLI ADEPTI AL FRONT LINE SICURAMENTE INCENTIVEREBBE L'AZIENDA. I WILL BE AIM. GOOD CENTER OF SERVICES, FROM THE STRUCTURE TO THE BOOKINGS, FOR THE ENTIRE COMMUNITY AND IT IS OBVIOUSLY TO BE CONSIDERED AS A REFERENCE POINT, EXPECTING THE TREND OF THE PUBLIC HEALTHCARE STRUCTURES. A LITTLE BORIOSITY OF LESS FROM THE ADEPTI AT THE FRONT LINE WILL DEFINITELY ENCOURAGE THE COMPANY.

Mi sono recata diverse volte per differenti motivi e non ho mai avuto nessun problema o riscontrato disagi a parte nell'ultima esperienza ovvero il 17 Ottobre nella mattinata. La mia agitazione durata tutta la giornata per la maleducazione, la mancanza di professionalità del tecnico radiologo, inaccettabile, nel continuare a deridere (non capendo il motivo) la prescrizione del medico e rivolgendosi in maniera arrogante! Mentre ero in sala raggi ero sul punto di alzarmi e andar via... vorrei pensare che era il "giorno no" per il tecnico anche se oggi 18 ottobre nel recarmi nuovamemte per il ritiro del referto ho riscontrato la stessa "simpatia"..pertanto se fa parte dei modi della Signora, le consiglirei di cambiare mestiere perché non è cosi che ci si rapporta con le persone. My personal overall opinion on the structure is positive. I have also recommended to friends. I went several times for different reasons and I never had any problems or problems apart in the last experience or on October 17th in the morning. My agitation lasted all day for rudeness, the lack of professionalism of the radiologist technician, unacceptable, in continuing to mock (not understanding the reason) the prescription of the doctor and turning in an arrogant manner! While I was in the beams room I was on the point of getting up and leaving ... I would like to think that it was the "no day" for the technician even if today, October 18th, when I went to collect the report again, I found the same "sympathy" .. therefore if it is part of the ways of the Lady, I would advise her to change her job because this is not how one relates to people.
