Nel mio caso sono rimasto estremamente soddisfatto del suo intervento, avvenuto sotto festività natalizia e risolto in giornata nonostante la gravità (rottura pompa acqua in superstrada) . Cortesia e gentilezza ma anche tanta empatia e buon umore anche se il mio era a terra... Onestamente non sono facilmente impressionabile e avvezzo ai lavori di meccanica ma il sig. Caputo Alfredo mi ha dato la sensazione di una estrema facilità, di mettere in pratica le proprie competenze in maniera disarmante. Bravo! I don't know what you can expect more from an honest and practically ingenious auto-mechanic! In my case I was extremely satisfied with his intervention, which took place under the Christmas holiday and solved the day despite the gravity (breaking water pump in the highway). Courtesy and kindness but also a lot of empathy and good humor even if mine was on the ground ... Honestly I am not easily impressed and accustomed to mechanical work but Mr. Caputo Alfredo gave me the feeling of extreme ease, of putting his skills into practice disarmingly. Good boy!

Siamo riusciti ad arrivare nell'officina del Sig. Alfredo che si è rivelato un meccanico efficiente,preparato e molto disponibile. E riuscito a capire immediatamente che il radiatore aveva perso tutta l'acqua. Grazie alla sua professionalità ed efficienza ha trovato il problema permettendoci di proseguire dopo un paio d'ore per la via verso casa. Un ringraziamento speciale e complimenti ancora per la sua professionalità. After a stay in Puglia on the road back to Rieti, my son and I had a problem with the car and the temperature indicator light. We managed to get to Mr. Alfredo's workshop who turned out to be an efficient, prepared and very helpful mechanic. He was able to immediately understand that the radiator had lost all the water. Thanks to his professionalism and efficiency he found the problem allowing us to continue after a couple of hours on the way home. Special thanks and congratulations again for your professionalism.
