★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si è rivolta a loro mia madre, persona anziana ma sveglia; ha portato la foto di un faretto acquistato da loro un paio di anni fa, chiedendone uno uguale. Tralasciando il fatto che il prezzo era quasi raddoppiato, a casa si è accorta di aver ricevuto un faretto senza spina: quando ha telefonato per chiedere se fosse possibile la restituzione (dopo essersi dovuta districare con un centralino a risposta automatica poco chiaro), si è sentita dire che quel prodotto NON ESISTE (il che implica che è rimbambita e che quello che ha a casa se lo è sognato) e che ha per forza bisogno dell'assistenza di un elettricista. Proporre un reso e restituire i soldi, no? Visto che abbiamo ancora lo scontrino e che il commesso avrebbe potuto curare un po' meglio la vendita, trattandosi di una persona anziana e non di un professionista che ristruttura case? Mah..intanto mia madre è rimasta con un faretto per lei inutile
