Mi sono fatto molti chilometri per venire in questo negozio per far attivare una scheda e dopo avermi detto di aver fatta la procedura ho aspettato 3 giorni ma la scheda non era ancora attiva poi chiamo in assistenza e mi dicono che non risulta nessuna procedura e che il negoziante ha solo fatto finta.Nonostante si è preso i documenti per fare la fotocopia.. Ecco il motivo di una stella. Poteva benissimo dirmi non posso attivarla. Alla fine me la sono attivata via app da videochiamata. Grazie
