R	Red devil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia esperienza è negativa!!! Compro una stampante per circa 190 euro. Dopo pochi mesi e pochissime fotocopie si esaurisce in toner...torno in negozio e chiedo un nuovo toner, dopo varie tira e molla per sapere se e quando arrivasse (un mese circa) mi chiedono 90 euro... Rifiuto e mi reco in altro negozio, in mezza giornata ho risolto alla cifra di 27.50 cent My experience is negative !!! I buy a printer for around 190 euros. After a few months and very few photocopies run out in toner ... I go back to the shop and ask for a new toner, after several pulls and springs to find out if and when it arrived (about a month) they ask me for 90 euros ... I refuse and I go to another shop, in half a day I solved the amount of 27.50 cents

Pensavo che ci volesse pochi minuti per la consegna del mio Iphone 8plus invece ci sono voluti 30 minuti perchè il negozio non prende articoli danneggiati (e questa sembra una cosa giustissima), constatato che il cellulare fosse apposto (tranne per una piccola crepa sul display che non influiva sul normale funzionamento) il negozio ha ritirato il telefono da loro dichiarato perfettamente FUNZIONANTE. Dopo un'ora e mezza vengo ricontattato dal negozio perchè il tasto home non funzionava bene e sono stato invitato a passare per controllare. Alla fine è venuto fuori che la MED STORE DI PESARO mi ha ridato un cellulare rotto perchè l'hanno danneggiato nel tasto Home e mi hanno richiesto € 199 per pagare i danni da loro causati per la sostituzione integrale del display, proprio un gioco becero per guadagnare soldi. Adesso sono costretto ad inviare il cellulare ROTTO alla Apple per la riparazione, anticipare le spese (che sicuramente non saranno poche), chiamare un avvocato e farmi restituire i soldi spesi oltre agli oneri legali. UN CONSIGLIO, NON PORTATE NULLA A QUESTI CHE POI FANNO I DANNI e non li aggiustano. Ci sono negozi più adatti e professionali di questi. Se pensate che questo è l'unico negozio specializzato Apple vi assicuro che ci sono delle valide alternative. I went to the shop for a simple battery replacement, I HAVE NEVER DONE THIS !!! I thought it would take a few minutes for the delivery of my Iphone 8plus instead it took 30 minutes because the shop does not take damaged items (and this seems a very fair thing), I found that the mobile phone was affixed (except for a small crack on the display that did not affect normal operation) the shop picked up the phone which they claimed to be in perfect working order. After an hour and a half I am contacted by the shop because the home button was not working well and I was invited to come by to check. In the end it turned out that the MED STORE DI PESARO gave me back a broken mobile phone because they damaged it in the Home button and they asked me € 199 to pay the damages they caused for the complete replacement of the display, just a vulgar game for earn money. Now I am forced to send the BROKEN mobile phone to Apple for repair, anticipate the costs (which certainly will not be few), call a lawyer and have the money spent back in addition to the legal fees. A TIP, DON'T BRING ANYTHING TO THESE THAT THEN DO THE DAMAGE and don't fix it. There are more suitable and professional shops than these. If you think this is the only Apple specialty store I assure you that there are valid alternatives.

Mi sono recato presso il negozio ed ho constatato una grave mancanza cioè non accettare come pagamento la carta American Express, per ora l’unico negozio di tecnologia a Pesaro che me l’ha rifiutata, infatti ho finalizzato l’acquisto presso un altro negozio. Consiglio, anche vedendo il target dei prodotti in vendita, di adottarla come metodo di pagamento elettronico. Comunque riguardo al servizio, competenze ed alla disponibilità, ripeto, nulla da dire ineccepibili. I went to the store and found a serious lack, that is, not accepting the American Express card as payment, for now the only technology store in Pesaro that has refused it, in fact I finalized the purchase at another store. I recommend, also seeing the target of the products on sale, to adopt it as an electronic payment method. I brought my Mac Book under warranty .. it was repaired at this point of sale .... I had repeatedly specified the fan noise and to check it well ... the fan noise persists ... the warranty is unfortunately expired as well as keeping it for 10 days and not having solved the problem!
