Anche come servizio post vendita sono più che soddisfatto, arrivando da lontano mi hanno sempre fatto il tagliando in poco tempo senza dover lasciare la moto. Da altre parti difficile trovare un servizio del genere. I bought three bikes from them and have always been satisfied. La signora che gestisce i finanziamenti è molto simpatica e preparata. Inoltre nel concessionario è disponibile una vasta gamma di moto e accessori Concessionario super consigliato. Per quanto riguarda il punto vendita nulla da dire, per quanto riguarda l'assistenza al cliente invece possiamo dire scandalosi. Al primo tagliando della mia moto ho richiesto la sostituzione delle pastiglie anteriori e al ritiro si erano dimenticati di cambiarle. Al secondo tagliando chiedo ancora la sostituzione delle pastiglie e si erano dimenticati di segnarle in fattura quando invece le avevano cambiate. Se non fossi stato onesto sarei andato via con pastiglie nuove gratis. Ma è una settimana fa che abbiamo raggiunto il top. Tagliando dei 31.000km e come problema segnalo solo un forte allungo della leva del freno. Al ritiro della mia moto paga ben 330€ di fattura per il tagliando e tornando a casa sotto la pioggia noto dei cali di potenza. Il giorno dopo provo la moto su asciutto e noto grossissimi problemi sia di livello di minimo che di potenza. Decido così di chiamare e chiedere spiegazioni e l'unica cosa che sanno dirmi è che sicuramente non è un problema che dipende da loro e che loro a parte il tagliando classico non hanno toccato nulla e che prima di restituirmi la moto erano state fatte delle prove su strada. Ora mi chiedo come sia possibile visto che i km erano esattamente gli stessi di quando ho lasciato io la moto. Morale della favola credo che se un cliente abbia un problema la prima cosa da fare è cercare di risolverlo e non dire subito che la colpa non dipende da loro oltretutto inventando finte scuse. 1 star just because you can't give less ... So I decide to call and ask for explanations and the only thing they can tell me is that it is certainly not a problem that depends on them and that apart from the classic service they have not touched anything and that tests had been carried out before returning the bike to me. on the road. Now I wonder how it is possible since the km were exactly the same as when I left the bike. Moral of the story I think that if a customer has a problem the first thing to do is to try to solve it and not immediately say that the fault does not depend on them plus inventing fake excuses.

Senza avvertirmi di nulla, senza farmi firmare alcun documento, neppure una semplice scheda di lavorazione, al momento di riprenderla perche da riparare era anti economica, HANNO PRETESO GLI PAGASSI IL 10% DEL PREVENTIVO DI RIPARAZIONE. Quando in ogni officina si chiedono 100/200 euro circa, in base al tempo impiegato per stendere il preventivo. IMBARAZZANTI per non dire altro...
