L anno scorso hanno salvato la mia ducati monster e quest anno si sono resi subito disponibili nel risolvere un problema alla frizione. Consiglio vivamente. Di tutte le officine per moto che ho girato, loro sono gli unici che mi hanno soddisfatto. Tornerò sicuramente se avrò altri problemi con la moto. ECCELLENTI.... Very helpful. La trattativa si è svolta velocemente e senza mai intoppi grazie a Sabrina che in maniera professionale svolge un ruolo fondamentale anche nei piccoli dettagli. Il fatto che dietro l'attività ci sia la squadra corse, mi ha fatto sentire più sicuro in caso di problemi , almeno posso contare su persone che sanno cosa fare...per la validità della garanzia c'è bisogno di tagliandare la moto da loro....ah dimenticavo nonostante abbia anticipato di un giorno il ritiro per motivi personali, prima di partire batteria sostituita con una nuova al volo(YUASA)..Corrado aveva sentito una partenza incerta ed io dovevo tornare a Brescia....spero di essere stato di aiuto con la mia esperienza. Ho lasciato la mia moto bmw presso un concessionario ufficiale 2 mesi per una perdita di potenza e non ci hanno capito nulla, anzi hanno avuto il coraggio di ridarmela dicendomi che il difetto c'era ma non sapevano che fare! Per fortuna mi sono rivolto a Corrado, mai visto prima ma disponibilissimo, oltre che competente, il quale, senza tirarsela, si è messo all'opera e in pochi giorni mi ha ridato una moto perfetta! Un grazie a lui, alla sua equipe e alla sua gentile signora! A presto.. Well guys, what about? G	Gianni Pilittu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per niente seri e professionali Il 6/10 vengo contattato dal concessionario (forse un certo Corrado) perché non si è presentato, è interessato alla mia Kawasaki z1000 sx in vendita su subito punto it. Mi offre una cifra, a cui mi riservò di pensarci .Dopo 10 gg contattato il concessionario per confermare di accettare la loro offerta. Da li in poi fino ad oggi è stato un continuo "dire vengo la prossima settimana" e poi nulla, ogni 15 gg chiamavano per spostare il ritiro e soprattutto per rinegoziare il prezzo così per ben tre volte fino a ieri. Ricevo ieri mattina l ultima telefonata per con fermarmi che venerdì 19/11(ne è passato di tempo dal 6/10) verranno a ritirare la moto, alle ore nove, e di aver già concordato con una agenzia pratiche della mia zona il passaggio di proprietà, peccato che prima di chiudere la chiamata mi dice che il prezzo (definito da loro) era 500 euro in meno rispetto al primo accordo e ovviamente inferiore alle altre offerte fatte nelle precedenti telefonate, di cui io non ho mai accettato. Morale del discorso mi sono lamentato dei tempi dei modi e della cifra definita è comunicata il gg prima del ritiro,ho manifestato tutto il mio dissenso in maniere educata. Quindi la signorina che mi ha chiamato mi dice che riferiva al titolare e mi avrebbero richiamato per definire questi dettagli. Risultato nessuna chiamata, questa mattina alle 9 orario dell appuntamento nessuno si è presentato e nessuno ha avvertito... Che dire.. A voi le considerazione..
