★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza: attesa senza fine e scopriamo che alla fine l'ordine è andato perso. Ordiniamo nuovamente ed escono piadine con gusti diversi da quelli che abbiamo scelto. Troppa disorganizzazione e poca serietà.
 Bad experience: endless waiting and we find that in the end the order has been lost. We order again and wraps come out with tastes different from those we have chosen. Too much disorganization and little seriousness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piadina molto buona e molta scelta di farciture, sarebbe da 4 stelle ma il problema è l'attesa, troppo lunga per due piadine e delle patatine fritte, inoltre abbiamo notato un po' di disorganizzazione tra la cucina e il bancone: il locale è piccolo e c'è confusione tra chi deve pagare, chi deve ordinare e chi deve ritirare (il servizio al tavolo non c'è ma ti chiamano attraverso un dispositivo elettronico quando è ora di ritirare) e invece di servire prima un cliente e poi un altro, per accontentare tutti nello stesso momento il gestore serve "a metà" prima uno e poi l'altro, così rischia di non capire le ordinazioni o il vassoio da ritirare resta lì finchè non richiami l'attenzione (nonostante l'aggeggio che ti aveva dato stia suonando già da qualche minuto) e capita che nonostante il dispositivo suoni, il tuo ordine sia pronto a metà e tu debba fare avanti e indietro dal tavolo un paio di volte prima di avere tutto pronto.. Insomma... peccato perchè le piade erano molto buone ma non penso di tornarci se ho bisogno di fare una cena veloce (e anche se non è un fast food, alla fine da una piadineria non ti aspetti che ci metterai 40 minuti prima di mangiare)..
Very good piadina and a lot of choice of fillings, it would be 4 stars but the problem is the wait, too long for two wraps and some fries, we also noticed a bit of disorganization between the kitchen and the counter: the place is small and there is confusion between who has to pay, who has to order and who has to collect (there is no table service but they call you through an electronic device when it's time to collect) and instead of serving first one customer and then another , to please everyone at the same time, the manager serves "halfway" first one and then the other, so he risks not understanding the orders or the tray to be collected remains there until you draw attention (despite the contraption that had you given has been ringing for a few minutes) and it happens that although the device is ringing, your order is halfway ready and you have to go back and forth from the table a couple of times before everything is ready .. Well ... too bad because piade were very good but not I think I'll go back if I need to have a quick dinner (and even if it's not a fast food, in the end from a piadineria you don't expect it will take 40 minutes before eating) ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima piadina ,patatine fritte arrivate fredde addirittura il cheddar ancora intatto neanche l'accenno di scioglimento e l'hamburger freddo il tutto dopo un'attesa di circa 1ora
PS. Eravamo solo noi seduti ai tavoli ,poi sono arrivati altri....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piada onesta, per carità… le mie due stelle sono dovute al tempo che hanno impiegato per farla… 4 piadine, una arrivata a 15 minuti di distacco dall’altra, e alla fine abbiamo tutti mangiato 50 minuti dopo l’arrivo ?…
E dire che “dai stasera piada così mangiamo qualcosa di veloce!”…. A saperlo prima andavo al ristorante!
Migliorate sotto questo punto di vista, perché la piada non è uno slow food!…
Honest piada, for heaven's sake ... my two stars are due to the time it took to make it ... 4 piadinas, one arrived 15 minutes away from the other, and in the end we all ate 50 minutes after arrival ? ...
And to say that “give piada tonight so let's eat something fast!”…. To find out before I went to the restaurant!
Improve from this point of view, because piada is not a slow food! ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La piadineria si trova nel cuore di Piazza XX Settembre, la piazza centrale di Fano, offrendo intanto già un'ottima location per gustare un pasto in totale relax ai piedi dell'iconica torre dell'orologio del Teatro della Fortuna. Per quanto riguarda il menu, il ventaglio di scelta è molto ampio e variegato: infatti vi è la possibilita di scegliere tra più di 40 farciture tra piadine classiche e gourmet, oppure più semplicemente di poter comporre la propria piada in base ai propri gusti personali. In ogni caso le tipologie di impasto delle piadine sono due, integrale o semi integrale, entrambe sfiziose e leggere.
Inoltre, ogni settimana lo staff propone ulteriori nuovi abbinamenti, che consiglio di provare.
Oltre alle piade è possibile ordinare le classiche patatine fritte ed anche hamburger e cheeseburger
(serviti con carne da 200 grammi).
Altro punto a favore, gli ingredienti: dalle farine utilizzate alle verdure e carni, tutto è biologico ed a km zero, ovvero tutto viene fornito da produttori locali della zona di Fano e dintorni e soprattutto tutto quanto viene lavorato e preparato al momento (ecco perché alcune volte i tempi di attesa si allungano - in riferimento ai recensori che hanno lamentato 40 minuti di attesa, semplicemente imparate ad aspettare, siete lì per rilassarvi, non per battere il record di mangiata più veloce.)
In ultimo ma non meno importante, complimenti alla cuoca che con le farciture non si risparmia affatto!! 5 stelle consigliato, top

As for the menu, the range of choice is very wide and varied: in fact there is the possibility to choose between more than 40 fillings between classic and gourmet wraps, or more simply to be able to compose your own piada according to your personal tastes. In any case, there are two types of dough for the wraps, wholemeal or semi-wholemeal, both delicious and light.
In addition, every week the staff proposes further new combinations, which I recommend to try.
In addition to the piadas, it is possible to order the classic fries and also hamburgers and cheeseburgers
(served with 200 gram meat).
Another point in favor, the ingredients: from the flours used to the vegetables and meats, everything is organic and at zero km, i.e. everything is supplied by local producers in the area of Fano and surroundings and above all everything that is processed and prepared at the moment (that's why sometimes waiting times get longer - referring to reviewers who complained about a 40 minute wait, just learn to wait, you are there to relax, not to break the fastest eating record.)
Last but not least, congratulations to the cook who does not save at all with the fillings !! 5 stars recommended, top

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piadina accettabili accettabile, servizio pari a 0: tempo di attesa troppi lungo e alcuni prezzi eccessivi rispetto al locale in cui ci troviamo. Non lo consiglierei.
Piadina acceptable acceptable, service equal to 0: waiting time too long and some excessive prices compared to the place where we are. I would not recommend it.

L'unico problema è che ho ordinato una piadina con salmone, zucchine, salsa di lamponi e mancava l'unica cosa per cui avevo scelto questa piadina... La salsa di lamponi.
