Aggiornamento: finalmente hanno fatto riparare la mia felpa, oggi dopo un mese e mezzo, l'ho potuta reindossare.
Purchased a sweatshirt, not exactly cheap, after a single wash it unraveled in a very conspicuous way. After more than a month and many reminders, I am still waiting for the change of the aforementioned, or at least a trivial repair.
Update: they finally had my sweatshirt repaired, today after a month and a half, I was able to put it back on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non mi piace per niente riguardo lo sconto del 25/% sul raccolta punti con la carta fano lo sconto dove è chi pare a loro .Non serve a niente la carta.Io personalmente ho raggiunto i 250 punti e volevo comperare un paio di scarpe,arrivo alla casa e mi dicono che queste scarpe non li possiamo scontare del 25/%. Quando 5 min prima mi aveva detto una altra cliente che lei li aveva comperato due giorni fa con lo sconto della carta .??
I do not like at all about the 25 /% discount on the points collection with the card they make the discount where it is whoever they like. The card is useless. I personally have reached 250 points and I wanted to buy a pair of shoes, I arrive at the house and they tell me that these shoes cannot be discounted by 25%. When another customer had told me 5 minutes earlier that she had bought them two days ago with the discount on the card
