All'entrata la receptionist mi ha salutata appena e senza un sorriso e già lì mi era passata la voglia di proseguire, poi chiedo dov'è il bagno, non lo trovo, visto che sulla porta non c'erano cartellini, e la stessa di prima me lo indica infastidita, parlandomi come se fossi sua sorella. Da una sedia si alza una donna che aveva appena finito di farsi fare i capelli, mi vede e neanche mi saluta, poi scopro che è la proprietaria. L'unico che mi è piaciuto era il più giovane, Andrea, che nonostante l'età aveva già una buona esperienza, oltre che una buona educazione e si vedeva la sua passione per il lavoro, ma il flamboyage proposto non mi ha neanche convinto. Devo dire che se anche mi fosse piaciuto, vista l'accoglienza non ci tornerei sicuramente. I went on the advice. Non posso però dare un giudizio molto positivo, specialmente dopo l'ultimo trattamento che ho fatto prima di Natale. A causa di un inconveniente tecnico, l'acqua calda è mancata per circa venti minuti. I titolari hanno saputo gestire la situazione adegutamente, ma ciò che mi ha deluso è il servizio ricevuto dal parrucchiere, il Sig. Vincenzo: quando l'acqua calda è tornata, mi ha lavato i capelli dopo il trattamento colore troppo frettolosamente al punto che, sulla strada di casa, la cute ha iniziato a prudermi e mi sono ritrovata il colore ancora tra le dita... Un'esperienza davvero poco piacevole, che mi ha costretto a rilavare i capelli appena arrivata a casa, con ciò vanificando la piega - non certo economica - che avevo pagato. Non ci sono dubbi che un incoveniente tecnico può sempre capitare, ma la fretta e l'inaccuratezza non sono accettabili in un salone di questo tipo. E' un vero peccato, considerato che il Sig. Vincenzo sul piano professionale è sicuramente molto competente. Mi trovavo decisamente meglio con il ragazzo che mi seguiva prima, Andrea, che oggi non lavora più in questo salone. Sicuramente meno esperto di Vincenzo, ma più gentile e attento. The center is very beautiful and the products are also of excellent quality. There is no doubt that a technical inconvenience can always happen, but haste and inaccuracy are not acceptable in a salon of this type. It is a real shame, considering that Mr. Vincenzo on the professional level is certainly very competent. I was much better with the guy who followed me before, Andrea, who now no longer works in this show. Certainly less experienced than Vincenzo, but more kind and attentive.
