sehr schlechter Service in DE! Schon fast eine Verarschung! Wir hatten den Ofen im online Shop gekauft. Wenn man den Ofen innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach Kauf registriert bekommt man eine Garantieverlängerung. Für die Registrierung braucht man jedoch eine Seriennummer die aber nur im Ofen notiert ist. Jedoch war die Lieferzeit für den Ofen 3 Monate! Dadurch wurde uns keine Garantie mehr gewährt obwohl wir überhaupt keinen Einfluss darauf hatten. Selbst bei Nachfrage in der Hotline und nachweislich deutlich späterem Lieferdatum wurde keine Verlängerung gewährt. Kundenorientiertheit sieht für mich anders aus! Frechheit!
very bad service in DE! Almost a joke! We had bought the oven in the online shop. If you register the oven within 30 days of purchase, you will receive an extended warranty. For registration, however, you need a serial number, which is only noted in the oven. However, the delivery time for the oven was 3 months! As a result, we were no longer granted a guarantee, although we had no influence on it at all. Even when the hotline was inquired about and the delivery date was demonstrably much later, no extension was granted. Customer orientation looks different to me! cheek!

De belles promesses, produit cher, pas adapté à un logement ancien et moyennement isolé. Consommation importante. Réglages aléatoires, logique de fonctionnement italienne ???? Et surtout des maintenances logiciel sans prévenir, visiblement sans validation interne. Exemple : impossible de contrôler le poêle à granulés à distance depuis hier 23h à ce matin 9h. Donc 8 degrés chez moi. Champion MCZ, aucun respect de la clientèle ni des revendeurs français qui ne sont pas informés......
Beautiful promises, expensive product, not suitable for old and moderately insulated housing. Significant consumption. Random settings, Italian operating logic ???? And above all software maintenance without warning, obviously without internal validation. Example: impossible to control the pellet stove remotely from 11 p.m. yesterday to 9 a.m. this morning. So 8 degrees at home. Champion MCZ, no respect for customers or French resellers who are not informed......

Ho acquistato la termostufa a pellet Idro circa 2 anni fa.... È fantastica! Mai un problema anzi.... Ho risolto il problema del freddo in quanto ho i serramenti vecchi e senza doppi vetri ed entrano molti spifferi! La consiglio vivamente!
I bought the Idro pellet stove about 2 years ago .... It's fantastic! Never a problem indeed .... I solved the cold problem as I have old windows and no double glazing and a lot of drafts come in! I highly recommend it!

Buongiorno, abbiamo la stufa rotta da prima di Natale, abbiamo contattato il vostro centro assistenza di zona che ha prima sostituito il motore di ventilazione dei fumi, poi ha riscontrato un problema alla scheda elettronica. Morale, dopo più di un mese per avere la prima inutile riparazione, sono più di 2 settimane che il tecnico sostiene di non ricevere da voi il pezzo di ricambio (sperando che sia questo il problema). Abbiamo già contattato 3 volte il vostro call center ricevendo la prima volta risposte sgarbate perché avevamo contattato prima il centro assistenza piuttosto che voi direttamente (cosa che per altro è scritta sul libretto di garanzia) perché a voi il tecnico non aveva ancora segnalato nulla, la seconda volta molte scuse e promesse di essere ricontattati per tenerci al corrente della situazione senza in realtà aver sentito più nessuno e oggi, per la terza volta, con di nuovo la promessa di prendersi carico della situazione come se fosse la prima volta che ci rivolgiamo all'assistenza e la stufa non fosse ferma ormai da più di un mese e mezzo, in pieno inverno, in una residenza in montagna. Ditemi voi se descrive una ditta seria una stufa che costa 3.000 euro, che si rompe dopo sette mesi di funzionamento, un centro assistenza autorizzato che non segue le procedure corrette e sparisce, un call center che oltre ad essere spesso scortese ripete sempre le stesse risposte e fa le medesime promesse che poi immancabilmente non mantiene. Dopo altre 3 settimane la situazione è ancora la stessa. Stufa rotta e tecnico che non viene. Nel frattempo però la ditta ci ha mandato una mail per dire che dopo due mesi sanno che abbiamo un problema.

We have already contacted your call center 3 times, receiving rude replies for the first time because we first contacted the assistance center rather than you directly (which is written in the warranty booklet) because the technician had not yet reported anything to you, the second time many apologies and promises to be contacted to keep us informed of the situation without actually having heard from anyone and today, for the third time, with again the promise to take charge of the situation as if it were the first time that we contact the assistance and the stove had not stopped for more than a month and a half, in the middle of winter, in a residence in the mountains. Tell me if a serious company describes a stove that costs 3,000 euros, which breaks down after seven months of operation, an authorized service center that does not follow the correct procedures and disappears, a call center that in addition to being often rude always repeats the same answers and he makes the same promises which he invariably fails to keep. After another 3 weeks the situation is still the same. Stove broken and technical that does not come. In the meantime, however, the company has sent us an email to say that after two months they know we have a problem.

We recently bought the Pellet Stove Maggie. We installed it and then wanted to get it to work. Then problems started. The manual is not clear at all. First of all there should be something written about how a pellet stove is generally used. E.g. Where you put the pellets, how far you fill it up etc. Then it should explain how to start it operationally. E.g. press this button, do this then that. It should also explain how you clean it. (It says you should clean it every day but does not explain at all how to do that.). There are no online video's with general instructions nor any instruction video's specifically for the Maggie. Our stove came without the remote so you have to use interface / dashboard to figure it out. The dashboard is not really intuitive but with some help of the manual you can figure it out. But why do they not have a simple functioning version. On/ off, flame higher lower. This is a shame because the product looks great, well desigend and solid. The eco friendliness and what you could do are great but why forget something so simple. How to use it in general before explaining the complicated etc. Ps it would get 4 or maybe 5 stars it the company and the resellers would have delivered it with a better manual and put some good instructional video's online.
