A	Andres Rivera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MCL BERGAMO PESSIMO , da un anno circa sono diventati molto MALEDUCATI; arroganti e irrispettosi nei confronti delle persone che dovrebbero aiutare nelle pratiche burocatriche. per ben due volte una signora che non ha il coraggio di farsi identificare mi ha risposto in modo sgarbato e pieno di rabbia come se le facesse schifo parlare con il sottoscritto. in questi momenti di difficoltà sto cercando qualche soluzione per sostenere la propria famiglia ma queste perse della MCL piuttosto di aiutarti cercano subito di tagliare corto. avevo prenotato la richiesta di ISEE per inizio giugno ma poi chiedendo informazioni per il REM la Sig.ra mi ha tagliato subito dicendo che io non potevo farlo, inoltre mi ha cancellato l'appuntamento dell'ISEE e mi HA MESSO GIU IL TELEFONO!! richiamando due secondi dopo il suo RESPONSABILE mi ha detto che l'unica data disponibile è per fine LUGLIO, cioè prima era 8 giugno e 30 secondi dopo a fine luglio?? mi dispiace ma con loro ho chiuso definitivamente e SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE a tutti di andare a fare pratiche verso questo CAF perchè non hanno voglia ne di aiutare ne di assistere le persone in difficoltà. g	giangi briamo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sono costretto a rispondere tramite recensione alla risposta ricevuta dal proprietario sulla mia precedente recensione : la mia TOTALE INSODDISFAZIONE per il vostro CAF , NON e' ASSOLUTAMENTE collegata al discorso del mio recupero fiscale , ma al modo di operare in una situazione specifica e cioe' la richiesta di una fotocopia per chiudere la pratica senza tornare ; resto convinto che la vostra modalita' di assistere i cittadini , E' RIGIDA , certamente vi attenete alle regole del vostro ufficio , vi auguro tanti clienti soddisfatti come me . Sono dovuto tornare il giorno dopo con perdita di tempo a mio carico .Non parlo invece della gentilezza che hanno quando si confrontano con il pubblico , quella la lascio immaginare . Noto con dispiacere che spesso le persone ignoranti sono pure bugiarde. Riprovi di nuovo con le calunnie e provvederò alla denuncia. All'ingresso ho trovato un 'accoglienza alquanto pessima basata su principi di discriminazione, violazione della privacy, abuso di potere e interruzione di pubblico servizio; da disposizioni dettate direttamente dal direttore dell'ufficio stesso, violando il codice di comportamento e di tutela della dignità e dell'etica, applicando azioni non conformi alle normative vigenti, dove potrebbe essere valutata la responsabilità civile o penale. Imporre l'obbligo agli utenti di presentare la "certificazione verde" all'accoglienza altrimenti "niente servizio", tanto per ricordare la giornata di ieri in memoria di quanto successo nella storia, ma la storia si sta ripetendo anche ad oggi. In conclusione vorrei consigliare il direttore a cambiare l'insegna: " Movimento Cristiano Lavoratori" ...non si addice proprio al ruolo del servizio!!!
