Dopo l'iscrizione e il pagamento nessuno più risponde al telefono, l'e-mail da errore....e poi una mattina arrivi per lasciare il bambino e non c'è nessuno... I signed up for my son for 5 weeks, paid for everything in advance. After the registration and the payment nobody answers the phone anymore, the e-mail gives an error ... and then one morning you arrive to leave the child and there is nobody ...

A parte il fatto che è impossibile parlare al telefono con qualcuno di loro, ho quindi iscritto mio figlio al centro estivo senza avere prima le informazioni che mi servivano. Inoltre, a cose fatte, mi trovo mio figlio iscritto in un gruppo in cui non conosce nessuno, mentre nell'altro gruppo ci sono tutti i suoi amichetti. Ciò sulla base di decisioni prese da loro ed ovviamente non comunicatemi. Nonostante questa pessima gestione, mi è stato detto che non si può modificare nulla a causa dei protocolli di sicurezza...ottima scusa di questi tempi. Ciliegina sulla torta: il pagamento va fatto subito, senza alcuna informazione a priori. Prima ed ultima volta con loro. Sconsigliato vivamente! Really bad experience! Aside from the fact that it is impossible to talk to any of them on the phone, I therefore enrolled my son in the summer camp without having the information I needed first. Also, when things are done, I find my son enrolled in a group in which he does not know anyone, while in the other group there are all his friends. This is based on decisions made by them and obviously do not communicate to me. Despite this bad management, I was told that nothing can be changed due to the security protocols ... great excuse these days. The icing on the cake: the payment must be made immediately, without any prior information. First and last time with them. Strongly not recommended!

Gli esperti sono stati sempre molto chiari utilizzando un linguaggio semplice che ha permesso a noi partecipanti di comprendere appieno le varie tematiche e ci hanno dato sempre nuovi spunti di riflessione. Credo che quanto trattato sia veramente utile, in quanto ogni genitori cerca di fare del proprio meglio nel crescere ed educate i propri figli, ma non sempre quanto mettiamo in atto è realmente la cosa migliore. Vi ringrazio e spero che ci siamo altre occasioni per poter imparare ad essere genitori migliori! grazie Mauro e Davide! I have participated in several training sessions related to parenting. The experts were always very clear using a simple language that allowed us participants to fully understand the various issues and always gave us new food for thought. I believe that what is treated is really useful, as every parent tries to do their best in raising and educating their children, but what we do is not always the best thing.
