One of the better McDonald's in the Naples area. Ask for a manager if you need someone to speak English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service, food, and parking in Naples. Inside always has a weird smell. Never got a correct order from the driver thru, it's like the employees don't know what they sale. I literally ordered the most advertised item and got the wrong thing, along with a milkshake that was completely melted and warm. I was so irritated, I just left. Would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Temperature check is now mandatory at the entrance. Tables are marked to comply with social distancing times. Employees were friendly and service was uncompromised even with the new pandemic rules in place.

I wish they served more salad dressing than just Greek. Variety in that would be nice, but the salads are always good ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This McDonald's is never busy and the food is always fresh! There are kiosks in the lobby that has different languages to choose from, making this a first choice if you are not from here and want convenience. The staff is super helpful and can speak enough English to help you. Inside you will find a small enclosed playroom for kids and a pastry/coffee bar in addition to the regular menu items. The parking lot is a little tricky, so you may want to use Google maps the first time you go.
