★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to visit if you’re hungry and want a good coffee/latte/cappuccino pastry or other McDonalds meals. The advantage of relying on McDonalds is that they have a good global quality system controlling quality of their food. Being in Italy, the Italian McCafes have the best pastries and cappuccinos in the McWorld in my opinion just go and try, my favorite pastry is the one in the picture, I think it’s called “Nocciolone”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just bought a “My selection BBQ” about 20 minutes ago and to my surprise there was no patty to be found. I usually tend to overlook such things, however, it’s the second time this happens. I could have bought some bread, salad and ketchup on my local supermarket for that matter.

I waited 15 minutes for a coffee, after asking the staff they weren’t really helpful and didn’t get an apology for waiting.
When I got the coffee it was half spilled and I asked to get a clean mug I had to wait another 5 minutes and it arrived half empty. The staff was just very rude.
